This is a great laptop for the price. Love the convenience of the touchscreen. It is amazingly easy to set-up and navigate especially for a novice computer person such as myself - And it has plenty of space for saving my crafting pictures.

’ve been using the Dell Inspiron 15 for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with its performance. The Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB of RAM handle everyday tasks smoothly, whether it's browsing, streaming, or working on documents. The 512GB SSD is a nice touch for fast boot times and quick file access. The 15.6" touchscreen is responsive, making it easy to navigate, and the Carbon Black finish gives it a sleek, modern look. Overall, it's a solid laptop at a great price. Perfect for school and entertainment!

While working at my long time job I had several laptops. They ranged from inexpensive & inadequate to fairly expensive with many features. Our new personal Dell Inspiron 15 was reasonably priced with nice features (like the touch screen), a nice-sized screen while not being bulky. The touch screen drastically reduces the use of a mouse. The computer has good speed and I appreciate the nice sound system. So far the computer has been used mainly for producing PowerPoint presentations and to utilize the internet and it has performed well.

It took me a while to get used to however once I had everything setup that I needed for my school, (and a few games from game pass) I am happy with my purchase. The keys are easy to press. The screen is huge and bright. The sound quality is perfect. The battery lasts a good while and charges quite fast. I am just an average Mom and don't know much about computers but I am loving this computer!

This is a very good computer. Loads up quickly, has plenty of storage. The touch screen is really nice. Light enough to carry around, heavy enough to know it wont break easily. Hard to go wrong with a Dell!

This product replaced an HP laptop. Absolutely no comparison. Dell is the best! The only thing I wish it had was a back lit keyboard, but it has all the other features I want and expect from Dell. I love the touch screen even though I still use a mouse occasionally. The size is just right and not heavy at all. I use it for personal financing and email as well as spreadsheets and word processing.

Easy to setup and a plus that it is touchscreen so less use of the track pad. First dell product and I am loving it. Light weight, good size and practical for school or work. Great purchase at sale price.

This laptop is great for what I need it. It processes faster. It is touch screen. It is light weight. If you are looking for a computer to do basic document writing and can be use on a projector.

This is a very fast, economical, and light weight laptop. I took it on a trip and watched movies with no issues. The download speed was superb. It keeps a charge for quite some time and the set up was super easy.

This laptop is great for our needs. Its quick, reliable and user friendly, especially since we are not, by any stretch of the imagination, IT/tech savvy. Easy set up by the Geek Squad (thank you very much), and easy to navigate. We're still learning about all the available features; and enjoying our learning experience (we are seniors...). Definitely the right choice for us, especially since it was on sale...

I recently purchased this computer from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This is a good laptop when it is on sale. The hinges problem is true but can be prevented by NOT carrying it by the corner of the lid and opening it at the center of the lid not the corner. I did observe S Mode locked and unable to switch out of it. THE S MODE SOLUTION: go ahead and setup the computer, sign into your Microsoft Account. Open Settings, Windows Update, Additional Options - Recovery. I did Reset This PC, keeping my files. Fix Problems Using Windows Update MIGHT work but Reset this PC definitely will. Dell Support not being able to provide a solution only proves their incompetence. Cheers!

Started a new job, my old Dell couldn’t handle the programs needed (It was almost 8 years old). Since the job was going to be remote I needed to quickly buy a new laptop. Luckily Best Buy was just down the street. I bought this new Dell, the machine is super fast, handles everything I need for my new job. Very happy with my new Dell and recommend it highly.

I am very pleased with the Dell Inspiron; it definitely outperforms the "other brand" I had previously. Battery life, loading speed, Wi-Fi connectivity all function very well. Another bonus is the Inspiron is much lighter and fits well with my carry-on things when travelling. Definitely four stars or more!

This computer is perfect for my needs. It’s fast with a big clear touch screen. It arrived very quickly and it was a super easy start up. My only issue is that the pad is extremely sensitive, which is really only a matter of me getting used to the difference.
