This is a great computer, all the memory I needed and I got it at a great price. It is performing nicely!

Very good on battery life, temp stays low even when charging while being used. The touch screen has its advantages but also not very needed. Over all great features!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this item as a newer model only to find out that is does not come with the type c port this is after purchasing a lenovo took the Lenovo tonthe geek squad was told it would be 2 to 3 day process i had to come to the store several times before speaking with the manager who refunded my money back and the purchased a new laptop brought the total protection plan but your geek squad team suck at the Springhill location i might continue to use best buy but never the spring hill location

The screen is sharp and has great viewing for all angles. My only complaints are the non back lit keyboard and the screen brightness o is not sufficient more outside use.

Exceptional Laptop, price and seamless purchasing

I gimped along with the old hp which I should have gotten a Dell to begin with this is my second Dell. The first one lasted 10 years. And this little beauty actually cost less than my new iPad.
