    I bought the laptop with Windows 11. After 4 days it crashed. I spent a few hours with Dell technical support only for them to tell me it had crashed and could not be repaired online. So I took it back to Best Buy and they exchanged it. I was very surprised and happy with that!! Best Buy lived up to their 15 day warranty. I willl shop Best Buy again in the future.

    Laptop is good price got it during the black friday sale. It is gopd enough for college homework like essays etc. Have not tried coding with it yet. Seems fast enough. One major issue with it is shipping, there is not air bags or fomes to protect my laptop when it arrived, just box with in a box terribly shipping. My laptop could very well be damaged due to BAD PACKAGING. But luckily it is fine.

    This computer is exactly what I was looking for. I have a desk top computer for my home office and this computer I use while on the go and is linked up to my computer, so I have access to everything I do at home while on the road. I did not need a bunch of extra stuff that you would get with much more expensive computers.
