This fit our price range, and according to her, runs fine. She basically only uses it to access browser for remoting. If there was anything to improve, backlit keys would be nicer.

She absolutely loves, runs great, fast upload and download speed. She can do class work. Also stream movies in her down time. I believe it was a great buy.

I wasnt really crazy about the screen on this computer either. But other than that it was a good computer.

But I am having a hard time adjusting to it and will be bringing it soon to exchange it for a desk top computer that I’m more comfortable using.

The product is absolutely amazing and is worth the price. I am able to also run my xbox games on here too

Could have been five stars but it does not have a backlit keyboard, ddr5 Ram, or Wi-Fi 6. But at the price I paid definitely worth it.

BestBuy took the product back and the claims rep was very friendly. Normally, Dell products work fine, but not this one.
