Great product! I enjoy the touch screen and how the slim design makes it easy to move around if I need to move from room to room. I do wish that the battery life was longer.

I like this computer. I wasn't sure how well it would work, but it has exceeded expectations. The touch screen works pretty well. I can even do some gaming on this computer.

This Dell is the first new laptop I have purchased in over 7 years. After researching many brands, this model for the special promo price of $599.00 was an amazing deal. The 15.6 screen size is p li enty big and the touch screen component is addicting - using it more and more. As you have already read, if you have been researching, it is true that you will be charging your battery more frequently than perhaps other brands but this is no big deal for the most part. It is a little weighty. Perhsps I would have preferred one a little lighter but again, all things being equal, this was a great choice!

Love this computer. Touch screen is very nice. I always wanted an touchscreen computer but they were too expensive for me. I got this one on sale and I save some money, also I have 18 month to pay without interest.

I purchased this computer for my wife. She mainly uses it for general document processing and bookkeeping. The speed of the processor is fast and the large memory is a bonus for photo storage. Her previous computer did not have SSD, so this is a big upgrade for her. Screen is large. Touch screen is responsive. Light weight. Price was very reasonable. Best Buy also made it very easy to order and ship it directly to my home. Shipping took just a few days. This computer should serve her well for years.

Easy to set up. Plug it in, turn it on, and step by step instructions are provided. Transferred my files and was ready to go. Much faster than my previous laptop. Happy I made this purchase.

The i7 core processor makes a world of difference. Zoom, online movies and videos are way better with i7 processor. My second Dell laptop purchase in 12 months. Definitely recommended

When my 7 year old Acer died I went back to Best Buy for a replacement. They had a great price on the Dell Inspiron 15 3593 so I decided to buy it. When I got home and began to load my existing software I learned about Windows 10 in S mode. In a few words it prevents a person from loading non-Microsoft software on your computer. Since about 90% of the software on my old computer was non-Microsoft this was a non-starter. Since my email was no longer available due to the dead nature of my old computer I could not access the code that Microsoft sent me to remove S mode. Best Buy's solution was for me to return the computer and they would remove S mode. Since I live 90 miles from the store and they would not make house calls and they would not tell me how to do it over the phone this was not a good solution. After about a week I finally found a workaround which worked. I wish Best Buy had warned me about S mode knowing that the new computer was a replacement for my old computer. If I had known about it I would have requested they remove S mode prior to the sale. Besides all this the new computer has proven to be a very suitable replacement.

this unit was purchased for our company controller to replace his old Windows 7 unit. Light weight, good screen and much faster were the comments received from him.

This product is fantastic quality and at a phenomenal price point! I would recommend this to anybody looking for a fast-working computer for everyday activity.

Start up was very easy and the performance is outstanding. The laptop its8is very light and compact but doesn't feel fragile. A very good buy for the money.

It is a quiet great product, although it has some higher end configurations such as 15.6” HD Touch Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - 512GB SSD, it has some limitations; lack of features such as Type C USB port, UHD and bio-metric lock are most wanted things at this price. Also, the HD is not really felt like HD, some improvements from manufacturer end will resolve this issue. Overall, it is a great choice of all available range of products.

This was a great deal! Love Dell and this was on sale. It's not the top of the line, but it's great!
