This is a very impressive laptop. The speed and response is great. I am also doing some gaming and this laptop is up to the task.

this laptop has been great. I went into the store and got it from the open box area and got more of a discount on this product because it was listed at the same price online as new. Overall the specs are what I was looking expect for the only having 14 ram which seems like a weird number for a device like this. This Dell runs all my editing need and has been very compatible with most of my other devices

Execellent for the price I bought in Black Friday. And never used Dell before, but its great laptop. And the best thing its that are for work and heavy use. I had before a Lenovo touchscreen (never used the touch future) but after 13 months it started to bother the screen turning white. My brother bought same model and after year had exact the same problem. Reported to lenovo, but still waiting an answer after several months. Dell is for me my future brand on laptops. Not cheap but worth every cent.

Great performance and speed. I use it to run landscaping design software and it runs without pause delivering great results.

A very well rounded laptop. It does all the basics very well. I travel for work as an insurance adjuster and it is able to do everything I need quickly and reliably. It doesn't fold in half and turn into a tablet or anything but if you need a reliable laptop that streams movies, surfs the internet, runs microsoft office, and larger programs like Xactimate then I highly recommend this. Also it does have a touch-screen which is pretty cool when you're trying to show off.

First unit was bad out of the box. Blue screen of death in less than 24 hours. Best Buy shipped a replacement no questions asked. The replacement unit has been solid. No bells or whistles on this unit. No back lit keyboard. Camera has good graphics but the touchscreen does not achieve same level of graphics as camera but is ok. Certainly not high resolution. Speed is more than adequate for use as a lap top but not for gaming. Good value for the cost.

Upgraded from my a 4 year old Dell. Performance is amazing for what I do. Got a great black friday price!

I think is a great computer for the price. I don't like the rugged feel on the outside but I like everything else. I can't download my sims game though trying to figure that out. But overall great computer for the price.

Love this Dell. Replaced my old 7yr old Dell 17 inch. Weight a lot less. No mechanical HD or DVR. SSD speeds this up. Downloaded all my files from Microsoft Cloud just like the Apples do. Touch screen interesting. Should have gotten backlight keyboard. A great deal all around . Ordered online from BB at 8am. Curbside pickup at 10:30am. Fully running by 1pm. Nice.....
