I purchased it on Black Friday and it was the best bang for your buck that I could find. It's phenomenal for pretty much anything except gaming or anything that need a powerful graphics card. It's more than fast enough for any day-to-day tasks. It runs smooth and boots up quickly. The bezels are not the smallest, but it has a simple yet sleek and effective design.

I went to buy a laptop. Simple right? This was the worst shopping experience of my life. First off I to ask for help, and I got Xavier. Xavier apparently hates his job. Didn’t help much at all and talked over me to help some home boys, that didn’t even ask for help. I went looking for a supervisor and got Craig. Craig was extremely helpful and helped me pick out a laptop to suit my needs. I let the Geek Squad set up the computer, and transfer my old stuff onto the new computer. I stressed the importance of keeping my accounts as is because I just lost my mom, and some stuff was hers. THEY TOTALLY LOST MY PINTEREST ACCOUNT FOREVER. They logged me into an old account, and I CAN NOT retrieve this info because I don’t know my passwords. I was livid! I also had my first run in with AGENT MONROE. AGENT MONROE IS A HORRIBLE, LAZY EXCUSE OF A HUMAN BEING. I was also having trouble with my IPhone! I kept having trouble and every time I called or went in, I ended up with AGENT MONROE. She is horrible, never smiled and took pleasure in making you look stupid. For example, I was supposed to have a 15 minute training session, set up by Agent Mills ( he is amazing, so polite and knowledgeable) when I got there I had Agent Monroe, I wanted to cry! I asked a simple question, I asked how do I backspace? Agent Monroe replied “Where it says backspace” just over all bad attitude, So after about 4-5 times always getting AGENT MONROE, Tuesday Oct 27, I talked to another supervisor( heavy set, glasses, with shoulder length blonde hair, no makeup) I didn’t get her name. She promised me she would set me up another appointment possibly with Mills. Well that was 2 1/2 weeks ago, and I HAVENT heard a word. I try calling and no one ever answers. I even called the 1 800 number, guess what, they barely speak English. I have an overpriced laptop, and I’m having to teach myself the hardway. I WOULD RETURN IF I COULD.

Excellent specs. I installed an application that used to take 40 minutes to install and it only took 13 minutes because of the processor and ram. The keyboard keys are very loud when you type and the spacebar is not sensitive to realize you've pressed it.

I’ve been looking at laptops for quite awhile and this is useful for what I need it for. My son is even able to play some games on this as well without have to need additional hardware installed. I wish it had a light on the keys, but I make due.

Happy with this laptop. I don’t use it very often as it is just for personal use, so I have had no issues so far. Only drawback is the battery doesn’t seem to last as long as other products I’ve had in the past

My family and me are very pleased with this Laptop, it works very well, is light, quiet, and fast, the only thing we don't like is the antivirus software Micro Trend that came as bonus with the purchase, it continuously pop up messages about something pending to install, I'm thinking on replace it with something else

Over all a good work book. I day work book because the screen is not a full HD screen. For the price it comes with some powerful hardware and upgradable ram from 12 to 16gbs. The 512 SSD makes it very fast on start up and in between programs.

Perfect work companion. Large screen allows you to do anything a desktop work computer would need you to do. Touch screen allows you to multitask without a physical mouse.

First, I want to state that I don’t use this laptop for gaming or video streaming. But, this is a Fantastic laptop! Quick start up and charging. Screen resolution is clear and vivid. (Keep in mind that this laptop has a rather large screen.). Touch screen is responsive. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

I bought two for my boys last year for school. One is in high school and the other is in middle school. So far, so good. My oldest was impressed with the speed right away. With the 512GB SSD, he loves that is starts up in just a few seconds. He uses it for his school and for watching Hulu, Netflix, etc. He takes it to school everyday and loves how light it is compared to his previous computer. He says the battery gets him through the school day just fine. My youngest plays Roblox and would do so 24 hours a day if he didn't have to go to school and sleep. Our older laptop had an Intel i5 processor and he couldn't believe how much faster the gameplay is now with the new i7. I can say when setting up the computers I, too, was blown away at how much faster they are than my computer which I bought last year with a traditional 1TB drive and an i7 processor. I asked if my youngest wanted to trade and he turned me down flat. Very pleased with these computers.

Was looking for a laptop for wife for teaching remotely and found this one. Best purchase to date I’ve made in a computer! Best feature is the 5G connectivity for teaching, super fast startup! Very easy to use and performance with processor is amazing! Will buy a second one soon

Ha ha ha Reading the previous review gave me a lot of fun, it's obvious that when you first turn on the computer is basic and basic updates, ignore the other review, you must first connect it to the Internet and let it catch up, the resolution and everything else will be improved by itself, or you can help you by going to WINDOWS UPDATE, great computer

Well it's hard to review this as it was a gift. BUT the person who received it was blown away by how fast the OS loaded (compared to waiting minutes for his older laptop to load). He does a lot of graphic design and video work and this computer has made his work faster and easier.
