Great laptop for the price. Wanted one with backlit keyboard but they were a lot more $$.

Very nice easy to set up and user friendly. The only issue I had was adding Chrome. There are blockers but I found a way around it.

Got this computer for wife. She is very happy with it. She especially likes the touch screen. Good laptop. Well worth the price.

So far I'm very happy with this computer for the price point. Hard to find more bells and whistles in the $600 range. I love that the battery lasts all day, as long as you're not running videos and such. The camera features are up-to-date and easy to operate the filters and backgrounds. 12gb ram is pretty fast although I haven't really challenged it yet. The cabinet quality seems a bit flimsy but probably adequate.

Was delivered in time and was easy to set up....seems to be working well so I am pleased.

I love everything about it. Fast and light. Its affordable for that price. Love it. But I had to send it back because it was too big .

Like everyone I have been through some laptops. Toshiba, HP etc. This is my first Dell . And it is really fast wow. So far so good.

I had a 7yr Dell Inspiron and bought this one to replace it. I haven't had it quite a month but so far, It's been wonderful! Instead of taking almost an hour for start up and get readable emails. It's less than 1 min! Same with shutdown! The purchasing process was very easy. It was a Black Friday Sale and Free Shipping. Best Buy's packing was horrible! No idea how it arrived safely as there was NO air filled or other bubble protection. The laptop box was literally sliding around inside a not protected box.

While we haven’t added much software to the machine at this time. It is very fast and has met all of our needs. Very good machine.

This computer works well and has met my needs. It is fast, the video features work well, and its memory is more than sufficient.

Caught this on a special sale. Very happy with this model. Could use a secondary HD (with the SSD) for more storage, but the idea is to use cloud storage. Have to admit the screen resolution drivers could be updated to have a higher screen resolution.

Very good value. Fits my needs very well. Not the lightest unit but that is not a problem. Very happy with the performance.

Larger touch screen laptop with good graphics and fast processor. It's a bit on the heavy side for routine portability and the microphone is a bit choppy. Overall, happy with this purchase for a standard in-home laptop.

Purchased to replace my wife’s older computer. Switched out of Windows 10S for functional purposes. She absolutely loves it!
