The reason I deducted a star is bc it can get loud when the fan turns on and the battery doesn’t last as long as I’d hoped. But I really do love it, it’s fast, works well so far, and I’m able to do a lot with the touch screen and copilot

Had to go into the store for help. Microsoft software on here and makes it extremely different to download Chrome or anything Chrome/Google related. Was frustrated by this process. I would have gone with a different brand had I known it was going to be this difficult to get it to the settings I wanted. I can not use Google Play Apps.

Associates are extremely difficult to find for help. Waiting for one takes a long time. Last time we were told by Geek Squad to bring in the laptop and printer to install the printer, the associate was extremely rude. As it turns out the store won’t allow printers! Not our best encounter.
