A great price for the the exact exquipment (laptop) I needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I would rate one of the two Dell computers a 5 and the other computer a 1. I would definitely rate Best Buy a 5. I ordered two identical Dell computers on October 20, 2025, and received them on 10/22. Both computers were easy to set up and ran great for three days. On the 3rd day, one of the computers would not load Windows 11, and I had to reset it back to the way I originally received it. Unfortunately, this lost all my saved data and programs that I had loaded. A few days later, I hit the power button to turn on that computer, and it would not power up. After that, I took it back to Best Buy and was told to return it because it was still within the 14 days of my purchase.

Best Buy , need more sales people in the Computer Dept. I really never got to ask questions, Cause they had a lot of customers , plus when i was paying for my stuff, they the customers were all around the Cashier area, Listening and watching everything. WE were the only customer, then everyone came.....

Better than i figured it would be, speed at startup and navigating with multiple apps open is a breeze

Have not used yet, Not happy with Windows Home S Mode

great laptop… if you’re looking for a budget laptop similar to a gaming laptop this is it. Definitely not a gaming laptop, but it works to play games very well specially on the Xbox game pass 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Only problem is the display has a yellow tint and is slightly blurry

Product sucks. It simply did not work. Took it to your useless store and got the biggest run around. I purchased it and was unable to open it and use it due to official travel commitments. 4 days after the 2 week window when I got to open the box and starting loading data, the battery ran down and it would not take a recharge. The computer battery area was red hot.Store blew me off. I will never your stores again for such poor service.

This was a gift for my wife. She loved it! It is full of features for her use. Will be back in the future for more gifts!

I am mainly using this laptop for school but everything looks great to me. I got it at a discount and it helped since my budget is tight. If you are looking for a good laptop for college, then this one can be a good choice!

The computer works great. I am a little disappointed in the keyboard, not being typical due to the numbers pad. I keep hitting the wrong keys.

Excellent service, one disappointment--no way to add software to stop "hackers" from getting into my email.

Keyboard feels cheap, and the dedicated VRAM is awful, but if all you need is a functional laptop for standard use, it works great.

My daughter loves all the new features of the Dell laptop. She previously own a Dell laptop and decided to replace it with this new model. The Touchscreen, more memory and SSD Drive are great improvements.

This laptop was a big move forward for my wife who has been using an old desktop PC for a decade or so. It works well on our wireless wifi network, We are happy with our purchase as of now.
