The product is just okay for the price. Associates are extremely difficult to find for help. Waiting for one takes a long time. Last time we were told by Geek Squad to bring in the laptop and printer to install the printer, the associate was extremely rude. As it turns out the store won’t allow printers! Not our best encounter.

I loved it. I compared price and value, and I actually bought much more for less, and I'm very satisfied with the product because it's lightweight and very easy to transport.

Pretty decent. The keyboard is yoo small for my big hands, but thats my fault for getting one with a number pad. The processor and everything is good enough for me. The screen collects fingerprints a lot and it seems a little fragile. The battery life is lacking.

A huge upgrade for my wife for use in her business. It's been reliable and Windows 11 has a number of features she uses regularly. Fast with reasonable battery life.
