this laptop was an excellent choice for my 16-year-old for his school work. It has enough memory for upgrades and it is strong enough for quick startups. I is not for serious gamers. I wanted a laptop that would endure that he focuses on academics.

So far my new laptop has been easy to use. Only issue so far is clicking on sites in the bottom bar as I click on them and they won't come up no matter where I click.

Is the best you get for the value, searched all over and for office work only is all you need, is practical because it's touch screen, only down side is the screen it's not as bright as regular ones.
