Very good vakue for the proce it is fast and responsive. Easy to transfer previous laptop documents. Not bright enough for me but it is eaay to start up with just a fingerprint. My husband bought one then i bought one as well. Im on the laptop all day battery life is important to me and gave noticed it does drain rather quickly just from emails and reports.

Great laptop. Just don’t try to order it through the store, turned into a real fiasco. Once I got the laptop, after much wasted time at the store, on line and on the phone, three weeks later and much time wasted, I love the Dell, good fast processor and handy responsive touch screen. I didn’t want to have to leave this review but BB kept bugging me for one.

Computer starts up and responds quickly. Have not run into any issues with loading software. Came with Windows 11, but turned off the S mode so that I could load other software not in the app store.

Great computer to take to college. It is relatively light and has good battery capacity.

I purchased this laptop as an every day work/home laptop. It was not in store when I made the purchase so it was shipped direct to my address and arrived in 2 days. The customer service I received was to par with expectations. The laptop itself is serving its purpose well and has had zero issues.

I bought 2 of these laptops for my daughters who just started college. They use it for their school work and to play games on. Battery life could be a little better but other than that no complaints. It gets the job done. Would purchase again.

very easy to set up, computer did it all! handled over fifty different screen with no problem bought at Best buy a week before Mem. Day sale in May cheaper than the sale price. 550.00 Great screen without glare. picked up at store with no scratches, dents or marks. Very happy with laptop and with Best Buy's service and people. only complaints, not enough plug-ins, but does have to very lastest ones, just not enough though.

So far this Dell has performed very well. It has a beautiful screen. Lately, though, we've noticed the mouse pad sticks sometimes which is a little concerning.

This PC is so incredibly fast, and I couldn't be happier that I made the purchase. And having the touch screen feature is a major bonus!

So far I am happy with my new laptop. It has been a bit of a transition from desktop to laptop and Windows 10 to 11. I only had to talk with the Geek Squad once. I think I am going to really like it once I get better at maneuvering around in it.

I recently started online school so decided to purchase this laptop. It’s worked great so far and it was very easy to set up amd sync to my dell desk top. I love everything a out it and life has been excellent. Would recommend to a friend.

I really like the product. Since I received it, I haven't had any problems. The PC is impeccable and I thank the service for offering me their products. recommend it if you're looking for a PC with which you want to do your work, watch your movies and do some light gaming.

Love my new laptop. It is able to do everything I need it to do. The only issue I have is that it sometimes shuts down and it's difficult to power it back up.

Great laptop with lots of awesome features. I love there is a numbers pad to the right of the keyboard. The laptop is nice and slim and a great size for using at home. I love the speed of the laptop as well. Glad I made this choice

15.6 screen AMD 7 16 GB Memory 1tb ssd all for $500 ! Can't say enough about this computer. Got 8 years out of my last Dell computer, i'm sure this will last just as long.

Computer works great! Had to adjust to the keyboard because my last one didn’t have the number pad but the computer is fast and has been able to do everything I need it to.

This is a very nice laptop for less than $1000. Fast, plenty of storage space, and good battery life.

It’s a laptop, for a good price, and good at playing Roblox. If you’re on a budget I can recommend this one.
