This laptop is great! It holds charge very well. It’s used for classes (cybersecurity) and I have never had issues. This laptop was recommended for these classes in particular and it did not disappoint.

Simple, and gets the job done. I run a couple of softwares daily and needed a device outside of my Mac. The touch screen is great, however every now and then the fan is a little concerning/loud. Battery life is decent but for my duties I have to always have it on the charger or within two hours my battery is more than half dead

Purchased as out 10 year old laptop was dying. Have had this dell for a month now, and everything is working well. Only use every two or three days and battery life has lasted about a week with this use. Very happy with laptop so far, and would recommend.

Fresh out of the box, this laptop ran with a loud fan when opened AND closed! This caused enough heat to make me worry about leaving papers sitting too close! The screen locked up at times and had to be forced to shut down and the system never worked right. I took it back to the store, and was refused an exchange or refund. I was allowed to send it off for repair. Here are the notes: "Replaced defective motherboard for no power, dc jack for not charging, and fan for fan error." Upon receiving the laptop back, I couldn't log in, and when calling tech help, I landed in India. The first call disconnected, and when I called back, still India. Dell in India told me Best Buy should handle refunds & exchanged. Best Buy Geek Squad told me it was Dell's problem. So folks, the Best Buy -Dell partnership is a lesson on futility and taking advantage of customers. The Dell Inspiron is a piece of trash. Oh...and did I mention, I bought the exact same computer for my daughter on the same day, and hers is acting up too?!?

My wife bought this laptop to replace her Thinkpad that would not update to Windows 11. She thinks that it is flimsier than her Thinkpad but that it works well considering how bad Windows 11 is.

I love this laptop! The touchscreen works perfectly and the computer runs fast, opens quickly and is easy to navigate! I would buy it again!!!

Love my new windows 11 Dell laptop. Light, compact, & fast.

Pretty decent. The keyboard is yoo small for my big hands, but thats my fault for getting one with a number pad. The processor and everything is good enough for me. The screen collects fingerprints a lot and it seems a little fragile. The battery life is lacking.

I love how fast the computer is and the picture quality is good for movie streaming.

Shipped fast, nice packaging for safety. It turned on by itself to startup as soon as I plugged it in and let it charge, about twenty minutes later- closed - from the other side of the room, it started talking set up commands. Other than that, it's been working well. It does run the fan quite often, and I'm not processing a lot of data or have a lot open, but otherwise it seems great so far.

I am super pleased with this purchase. This is my first time to use a touch screen laptop, and it does not disappoint! It has great features, like the numbers pad. The speed is great, too!

I have had the computer only for 1 month, so far no problems. It is a nice computer, fast and lightweight.

Great system for my needs, love the touch screen and battery life

We bought this when her last laptop bit the dust and wouldn't boot anymore or just stop working after it was up for a few minutes. This is the newer model of that same computer. It has a faster processer but the same amount of memory and SSD size. It works well for her she mostly uses it for web searching and social media, recipes and not to processor intense items but we do have MS Office 365 installed on it and it runs just fine. I think the only down side to this one is that the fan is noisy and seems to run more often. The battery is much better than the old one but that happens over time.

A gift for my daughter. She raves about the performance and speed. Perfect for college student.

I bought this laptop to replace a very old Surface Pro. It is a very nice computer for the price point. The display is crisp and clear and the touchpad (something I really hate) is actually fairly easy for me to use. For the price I feel it is a great deal. I would recommend.

Love touch screen Can open several tabs at once without slowing down

Very good vakue for the proce it is fast and responsive. Easy to transfer previous laptop documents. Not bright enough for me but it is eaay to start up with just a fingerprint. My husband bought one then i bought one as well. Im on the laptop all day battery life is important to me and gave noticed it does drain rather quickly just from emails and reports.
