Excellent Laptop & Great Service from Best Buy!
I recently purchased a Dell - Inspiron 15” Touch Screen,Intel Core I5,Memory (RAM): 8GB,512GB SSD from Best Buy and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the shopping experience. The laptop is fast, sleek, and performs exactly as advertised. Whether it’s multitasking, video conferencing, or light gaming, it handles everything smoothly with no lag.

I paid a great price for an "excellent" open box dell laptop. Really, it looked and felt brand new. The functionality is awesome. The speed is great. I replaced my 7 year HP which was extremely slow. My preference, I will never go back to HP and I am sure I paid triple for my HP laptop. It you are thinking about this laptop; I recommend you buy. It has exceeded my expectations and I would buy again. The battery life and touchscreen are a bonus.

So far it’s been a great laptop. I wasn’t sure about the touch screen at first but I find myself using quite frequently. It doesn’t over heat like my other one did. The only thing is the battery only last about 3.5 hours so I charge it a lot. I honestly don’t know if that’s good or bad for a laptop, I just wish it lasted longer.

This laptop was easy to set up. The touch screen and pad are very receptive without a lot of extra attention needed to stop or re-orient the screen or mouse as the response time is great. The laptop has worked better than ever thought and was up in running in a mater of minutes vs hours as I had to bring it up to work standards on the fly after previous laptop died
Would recommend all day long

there was a slight delay of my order but when I went to the store 1 week later the Customer Service woman, I believe it was Juliana, was extremely helpful and I was on my way quickly. The laptop works very well and will suit my needs.

Purchased a new laptop with Windows 11 because of the elimination of Windows 10 updates. The computer functions like a tablet witn touchscreen and apps. I think it's of excellent quality and we got in on the last day of their back to school sale. We are very happy with our purchase.

I was looking for a laptop that would be affordsble and easy to use and i found the dell. All the data and programs were transferred from my old laptop quickly and efficiently. Sales people and geek squad were very helpful.

Good computer, only thing that we found that we don't care for so far is the power up. You must push and hold the power button on the top right for 3 to 5 seconds and watch the power light on the left side of the computer for when it powers up.
Would be better if it was a lid open power up, just a momentary press of the button, or even put the light in/next to the power button.
