An excellent laptop for my needs. Easy to use b/c of the touchscreen and since it was last year's model more powerful than his year's models at the same price or higher. The person we worked with confirmed our decision without trying to push us to a more expensive model.

Very fast, no waiting, simple to use, and set up. start up is simple and fast.

Overall, I like this laptop, but the battery seems to need recharging more often than I expected. Also, the sound is not as loud as I'd like, and sometimes I have to do an extra step to activate the sound on a video. I've had this laptop for 4 weeks. Have had Dell laptops before and have always been pretty happy with them.

Nice product for the money. The dell gets 4 stars. Best buy wanted $160.00 to set it up...and I bought it from them! So 1 star for the piracy of best buy geek squad.

I ordered this laptop and it was here a mere 27 hours later. Just amazing considering I live in the U.P. of Michigan.

very happy with the computer even thou i had to bring back the first one it didnt work but the second does would recommend dell this is my second one the first was a tower but it was 8 yrs old and would have had to change in october cause windows 10 would have expired

This laptop has just about everything you need. I added an external drive to add more USB ports as I had a mouse and Scanner attached to my 13-year-old Dell laptop which was still working but couldn't upgrade to Windows 11 (it needed to be retired) :(!

Nothing fancy, just a solid laptop for work/school. I dont game on PC so can't comment, but i dont think this is meant for gaming. Keyboard layout seems off- when typing, I keep mis-striking keys on upper right (e.g. delete), but I do appreciate full number key set.
