    This computer overheated on day one. The backspace key jammed and the cursor didn't work properly. I was very disappointed because I really liked my first Dell.

    This product did not meet my expectations, and I returned it. It did not always start up properly and within 2 days, I got a message saying the charger was not compatible with the device. The sound quality was also extremely poor and muffled sounding.
