I’ve been using the Dell Inspiron 15" Touch Screen Laptop (Intel i5, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD) for a little while now, and overall it’s a solid machine for everyday use. This Dell Inspiron 15 has been a solid everyday laptop. The i5 processor with the 512GB SSD makes it fast to boot and open apps, and the touchscreen is responsive. The design looks modern with slim bezels, and the keyboard is comfortable. Downsides: 8GB of RAM is just okay — fine for web and office work but a little tight for heavier multitasking. Battery life is average too. Overall, great value for students or home use, but not for heavy gaming or demanding creative work.

I am very pleased with just how well this lower end PC performs, especially the touch screen. It works as well as much higher priced PCs. It is great for my home use.

A good laptop for the money. If you're seeking speed and gaming, this is not your device. If you wish a compact laptop with all the features required for light business or home use, this is it.

Had a problem with USB port. Chatted with Dell and was told no warranty on hardware. Per laptop specs I believe laptop has parts and labor warranty of one year. I had only owned laptop for less than 30 days at the time. So I chatted with Best Buy. Was told to amke an appointment with Geek Squad which I did. Geek was able to apply significant pressure to insert into the USB port and this worked. I didn't dare apply that much pressure as I was concerned that I would cause even more problems . Laptop is now working very well, and I am currently very satisfied.

This laptop is excellent for everyday use. It runs smoothly, handles multitasking well, and offers great value for the price. However, it’s not ideal for gaming, as the graphics performance is limited. Perfect choice for work, study, or general browsing.

I am totally satisfied with the Dell Laptop computer that I purchased at Best Buy. Also, the Tech Team (Geek Squad) was very supportive, skillful and knowledgeable. I had a great experience.

So far so good, has all everything I need as far as speed and memory. Also a great price point. Bought to replace a Lenovo laptop that the screen starting coming apart. This Dell seems sturdier that my Lenovo, however the battery does not last as long as the Lenovo.

It's fast, and just does everything that I need a computer to do. I can't speak about battery life, because I always use my Laptops plugged in and on my desk.

I love this computer so much I bought a more updated version. I love the slim design and the keys are super nice to use. My only qualm is she does run a little warm so make sure you use it on a table rather than your lap. A lap desk is also helpful. I also love how light it is to carry. It works perfect for college!

I did have to have the "included" stuff cleaned up by an IT tech, but it runs smooth and great. Never been a big fan of Dell - but this one is pretty awesome :) Best Buy CSR's were great as well - ordered over the phone since I had so many questions and both reps I spoke with were super helpful and polite.

This is the perfect computer for my mother-in-law. She needed a reliable and easy to use computer. I have had one of my own in the past, this is why I thought this would be perfect for the win-laws. Easy to use, and works great.

My new Dell Inspiron 15 is everything I need and wanted it to be. It's a great updated version of my 8 year old Dell Inspiron which is perfect since I don't adapt well to change. With the Geek Squad transferring all the data from my old to the new laptop, it was easy to pick up where I left off. It's also great that it has Windows 11. I couldn't be happier with my new purchase and the service I received from Best Buy!

I purchased this as a "temporary" fix when my old laptop died. I had low expectations for it, as I only needed something affordable and temporary. It has surprised me! I love it. The keyboard is so smooth and easy to use. It has done its job wonderfully so far, no complaints here.
