Runs great, Starts up immediately. Love the touch screen. handles multi tabs open at once.

Had a problem with USB port. Chatted with Dell and was told no warranty on hardware. Per laptop specs I believe laptop has parts and labor warranty of one year. I had only owned laptop for less than 30 days at the time. So I chatted with Best Buy. Was told to amke an appointment with Geek Squad which I did. Geek was able to apply significant pressure to insert into the USB port and this worked. I didn't dare apply that much pressure as I was concerned that I would cause even more problems . Laptop is now working very well, and I am currently very satisfied.

I love Dell laptops. The good thing about this one is that it has an i5 processor so it is super fast, and it also is a touch screen. And it is priced cheaper than other retailers.

I am so happy and excited, this laptop is super fast, display is awesome,life battery last much much longer, and I can complete my job like a flash!!!

Snappy fast laptop except you should be careful what RAM you install. Doesn't take just any brand. I bought this with a Corsair upgrade that the motherboard just didn't like. There are light codes you can look up on Dell's website to troubleshoot if the RAM is not compatible. Very nice though.

This laptop is one of the best that I have used. Much faster and battery life holds a charge very well.

Order was received quickly and safely. So far the laptop has worked well, however there was one evening where it kept glitching in and out for a period of 10-20 minutes. Since then it hasn't happened again, however it did raise a slight concern. Something we'll keep an eye on. Overall though we're happy with the purchase.

Works well and screen is easy to see. Wish the keyboard had backlit keys. Battery life could be a little better but overall I really like this laptop.

My new Dell Inspiron 15 is everything I need and wanted it to be. It's a great updated version of my 8 year old Dell Inspiron which is perfect since I don't adapt well to change. With the Geek Squad transferring all the data from my old to the new laptop, it was easy to pick up where I left off. It's also great that it has Windows 11. I couldn't be happier with my new purchase and the service I received from Best Buy!

I did have to have the "included" stuff cleaned up by an IT tech, but it runs smooth and great. Never been a big fan of Dell - but this one is pretty awesome :) Best Buy CSR's were great as well - ordered over the phone since I had so many questions and both reps I spoke with were super helpful and polite.
