So far so good, has all everything I need as far as speed and memory. Also a great price point. Bought to replace a Lenovo laptop that the screen starting coming apart. This Dell seems sturdier that my Lenovo, however the battery does not last as long as the Lenovo.

I purchased this as a "temporary" fix when my old laptop died. I had low expectations for it, as I only needed something affordable and temporary. It has surprised me! I love it. The keyboard is so smooth and easy to use. It has done its job wonderfully so far, no complaints here.

My new laptop is perfect for my needs. It's fast, easy to use, and very portable. Also, a nice finish.

it works as is supposed to and we have had no problems with it so far. the monitor is clear and easy to read. we are well pleased with it.

So far it’s been a great laptop. I wasn’t sure about the touch screen at first but I find myself using quite frequently. It doesn’t over heat like my other one did. The only thing is the battery only last about 3.5 hours so I charge it a lot. I honestly don’t know if that’s good or bad for a laptop, I just wish it lasted longer.

Great speed, good amount of storage, poor battery life. Works for the purpose of checking emails, work applications, and having a system to use desktop sites vs tablet or mobile device.

This laptop was easy to set up. The touch screen and pad are very receptive without a lot of extra attention needed to stop or re-orient the screen or mouse as the response time is great. The laptop has worked better than ever thought and was up in running in a mater of minutes vs hours as I had to bring it up to work standards on the fly after previous laptop died Would recommend all day long

I paid a great price for an "excellent" open box dell laptop. Really, it looked and felt brand new. The functionality is awesome. The speed is great. I replaced my 7 year HP which was extremely slow. My preference, I will never go back to HP and I am sure I paid triple for my HP laptop. It you are thinking about this laptop; I recommend you buy. It has exceeded my expectations and I would buy again. The battery life and touchscreen are a bonus.
