Love it! Just what I wanted. Perfect size and fast speed

I have never owned a Dell Computer or laptop before always HP's But this Dell Laptop is truly user friendly and not at all what I was expecting. I'm Really super pleased

Purchased a new laptop with Windows 11 because of the elimination of Windows 10 updates. The computer functions like a tablet witn touchscreen and apps. I think it's of excellent quality and we got in on the last day of their back to school sale. We are very happy with our purchase.

Excellent laptop with great specs and touch screen

Great basic laptop for browsing and light work. I use this as a second computer to do research and personal business to my work laptop. Great display and battery life. For high end computing, this won't have enough power but for everyday use that I intended this for, it is excellent.

This is my 4th or 5th Inspiron. Just replaced the last one which I used at home for work all thru the pandemic. Replaced it after 5 years. Very pleased with the new one so far. Battery life is longer than previous one.

Excellent value, performance, usability. Had one brief issue on initial power up. During that process, updates were applied. An error occurred after the updates applied. Powered down and back up to recover. Only down size is the battery pack is not removeable and replaceable.

The Dell Inspiron 15” touchscreen laptop is lightweight and compact and I’m able to carry to carry it anywhere I need to go. Battery lasts forever, it’s fast and the display is crystal clear and is loaded with a lot of new updated software that’s available.A good choice for many .

Good product seems to work just as well as my old Lenovo lab top. I have not used to touch much yet. It seems to be fast and battery is good also. Best Buy service was great very. knowledgeable. The lady that helped me was great and lead me in the right direction for year for my budget.
