My new Dell co.puter is working out quite well. Setting it up was very easy. It is working as expected, and I would buy it again if I needed to.

I just want to say that I love computer is different from previous computer. I also, like the fact that is touch tone for to make my job easy.

I love the size and weight of the laptop. I also love that you can charge it 2 different ways! I almost returned it because I did not like the magnetic charging port. It kept falling out. You can charge it with the USB-C port! That made it a 5 for me!

Order was received quickly and safely. So far the laptop has worked well, however there was one evening where it kept glitching in and out for a period of 10-20 minutes. Since then it hasn't happened again, however it did raise a slight concern. Something we'll keep an eye on. Overall though we're happy with the purchase.

This computer performance is really good according to the price, battery is good too and the touch screen makes everything even better. I love purchasing at best buy. They are the best.

The computer is really well put together and has seamless transitions between programs. The price was also very enticing.

My new computer is great!! I especially love the rapid boot-up with the SSD, no more waiting for minutes or hours to get to my windows desktop!! The only downside, which I did not think would be important, is only the "caps lock" key lights up but with fall approaching no key lights seems to be of growing importance with my early morning startups!!

Our Inspirion Laptop is the right laptop at the right time. Pricing was spot on and technical support as well.

So far it’s been a great laptop. I wasn’t sure about the touch screen at first but I find myself using quite frequently. It doesn’t over heat like my other one did. The only thing is the battery only last about 3.5 hours so I charge it a lot. I honestly don’t know if that’s good or bad for a laptop, I just wish it lasted longer.

The Dell Inspiron touch screen laptop was a great deal. I don't think there's a better deal out there. The price was very reasonable. And it's easy to navigate. It just took a short time to acclimate myself from my 2012 former Dell laptop. Best Buy also had no-interest plans that made it an even more exciting purchase.
