    I needed a new laptop with Windows 11 as my old one was not upgradeable. I don't game or do anything fancy, so this is everything that I need. It runs all the 365 stuff and onedrive converted everything from my old computer.

    It's somewhat okay. The only thing i did not like is the mouse pad because it's hard to press and the battery drain easily. I got it refurbished so I don't know if it's because of that.

    Seems to be good once it is set up but, there is a long process to get everything set up to operate. There are limited ports to connect items.

    my new laptop will not stay connected to my wifi at home even though my old Dell laptop has no trouble staying connected. I took my new laptop to work and the wifi works there! I have run troubleshooters (that don't always work), turned off and on the laptop, and the router and still no change. I really don't need a laptop that doesn't connect to the internet.
