Moderaly Priced Laptop

I had to charge it for a few hours and then let the OS install for a few more. Everything worked inside a day when I setup WiFi access to existing cable service. I chose in-store pick up because I couldn't wait.

Simple and works

Good performance for daily work

I Like Dell

So when faced with having to get a laptop that is capable of running Windows 11 I went specifically to Dell, this one is the same general model as my prior one 8 years later. Transition was simple. Very happy with my choice

Great home laptop

We are not gamers so having space for that was not necessary. We have 1T memory and touchscreen is great. Highly recommend for home use.

Easy to use, sturdy hard plastic body.

My only issue was it was in S mode, which will not allow me to install software from work. S mode only allows for software installs from the Microsoft store. I have peripherals that are not plug and play that have specific software. After disabling it I was able to install and access my applications.
