The laptop came with a non-functioning internal microphone that the Geek Squad was not able to fix via remote support or when returned to the Silverdale, Wa store. The exchange process was quick and done very well.

It's got all the bells and whistles we were looking for and has held up pretty well this past week. Looking forward to seeing how long this model lasts.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I love that it’s an laptop and tablet all in one. The drawing pen is really easy to use. I’m able to have several windows open at one time without any programs slowing down

I had to replace and old Dell laptop and I had my reservations on doing so with another Dell but this one proved me wrong. It's lightweight battery has a good life in between charges nice 4K resolution perfect for me.

I am liking my new Dell - Inspiron 15.6 computer very much. And I am working to learn all the new features. So far, it is working most excellently for me. Thanks for making such a good computer!

Good Product. Good to have both option in one. Only draw back I fell is that converting laptop to touch screen tablet is not very smooth.

This is a replacement for my old Dell Inspiron. For some reason the screen is very slightly smaller but otherwise seems solid and speed is good.

So far this Dell laptop has lived up to all my expectations. And I really haven't had time to go very deep into all its capabilities. Congrats to Best Buy for offering what seems to be a really good deal.

Solid laptop good speed, slim design a bit heavy but responsive touch screen is a plus, 2n1 tablet side is great for movies three ways to watch movies, color is fantastic. Finger print reader does not work well.

Great laptop for the money first time I’ve owned a Dell laptop, but quite pleased. Screen size and picture quality are very good. Just getting used to windows 10. Customer service at Scottsdale store was most helpful

I don’t love the mouse, but I got a wireless one. Overall, it is very good computer for open box price. Will buy open box again.

This is my second Dell laptop. This has Ben a good laptop. Have had no problems with it. I have yet to figure out how to use everything on it . Works great for what I needed to do with it .

Like the laptop but went with the smaller more portable 13.3in If you prefer a computer that feels super sturdy give it a try.

It is equipped with so much technology I am learning new features everyday.love the pen it comes with...specially with the magnet..I ain't losing that pen

Powerful engineering laptop, with outstanding portability and good battery life. Looked at the 17 in version, way too big to lug around. This one is a great balance between viewability and portability.

Sales personnel very courteous and knowledgeable. Glad the store was back open so I could look at the product. Appreciate masks in the store I do need help to get the passwords set up, again.

I hate changing computers and having to get familiar with how each generation of Windows programs run. Finally, this one is closer to user friendly than has been for a while. Love my laptop.

So far they have been working well, need to get into Using the pen more, but that will come. Overall good, for an off the shelf system
