I am yet to find something that I don't like about this 2-in-1. I have an older Toshiba and a Dell for work laptop. It looked at other laptops and I like the 2-in-1's. This one have the feel of me using my Galaxy Note in terms of using the pen. I truly love it.

As a long time Dell user, this my next up grade. The quality is still excellent and the speed continues to get faster. The pen option is nice to have. I recommend this computer.

Professionally, I am a GIS (Geographic Information Systems) Analyst. GIS requires a lot of graphics processing, memory and storage I/O resources. This laptop performs well even under heavy processing loads. The 4K UHD screen changes resolution automatically depending upon the resolution of connected external monitors; then changes back to full resolution when displaying without external monitors. This feature allows maximum and equal scaling across the entire display area. I am very pleased with the machine. The Dell Active Pen has excellent palm rejection. The only minor drawback is that the larger 6-cell battery for the 4K UHD display prevents installing a second SSD/HD in the extra drive bay. A smaller 3-cell battery (from the FHD model) is available which allows inserting the extra drive.

My son’s old laptop died during finals and so we gifted him with a new laptop. He was amazed how fast it was and what it could do compared to his old laptop. Made all exams etc. much easier since everything has to be done online these days.

I use this laptop for everything, work, game and video editing. It's so fast and has a great battery performance. The graphics are surreal and do not drop during video gaming. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a new computer for work, and this one was perfect. It is more on the expensive side, but it runs quickly and smoothly. The start up process is quick. It was very easy to set up and transfer all of my accounts.

For a midrange consumer computer, this model was an excellent purchase. It is quick and the screen was bright and very sharp. Great for all the video meetings needed for work at home. I am very happy with this laptop.

We normally do not spend this much on a laptop, but after other cheaper laptops only lasting about 3 years, we went with a more advanced and faster one. Awesome so far. Very fast. Was very easy to set up, maybe 10 minutes.

This laptop does it all . Dell is the best of the best. When I sit in Starbucks to do work, people stop and love the screen display and say “I need that laptop”. Durability is excellent ,black in color ... excellent purchase

Needed another laptop for a new hire that can handle running several large software programs simultaneously and this one is doing the job effortlessly. Battery holds charge quite well and touchscreen is great feature.

Laptop has everything I was shopping for. I like the SSD hard drive for stability and speed. The 4K is nice, although not sure how much it's appreciated due to the size of the screen. Very pleased with purchase.

Good performance and a nice design. The 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD make this laptop have an excellent response time. I am using it for running Virtual Machines (Oracle and VMWare) and Microsoft SQL Server with no problems.

Love the concept of laptop to tablet... however pen is extremely touchy which can make it in tablet mode, frustrating. Screen quality is gorgeous.

Was purchased to help with home schooling during the COVID-19 outbreak. My daughter had learned how to use multiple programs to help submit homework including the pen features for solving math equations.

Ordered and was out of stock. Came in a little over a week. Was well packed. I was able to get it charge up and went to work and have not a problem. It is very fast and the screen is very sharp.

Dell usually has good products. This one has some extra transformer noise in the upper left corner of the laptop when the charger cable is plugged in. And when using photoshop the pen/touchscreen does not do click and drag very well. It tends to throw the highlighted item across the screen when the pen lifts up off the screen. But that is only in photoshop. Can not add any additional ssd hard drives to it, not spot to screw it in or cable for adding one. It only has small memory stick looking hard drive.

Where do I start I was on the search for a good laptop for my husband who needed it in conducting zoom meetings. Dells had a good price with good features, was easy to use an setup. This laptop had really good 4K resolution on it, we loved that ! It also had the 2/and/1 ability ,but if you’re zooming and you can’t flip the keyboard to the back because it will flip the camera on you! So to zoom you have to use it as you would a laptop. It also had built-in Alexa which helped you set up the laptop. But a big drawback was in the mouse pad wasn’t very responsive. In the long run we decided to return it, to upgrade For a better graphics card and to increase the memory.

Purchased open box. Works just like it should. It’s faster than my desktop and boots up smooth. Used for monitoring the stock market with a RAM intensive program and it handles it with no issue.

Nice laptop with nice features. Love the touch screen and the tablet-like conversion option.

This machine is just what I was looking for, and what I expected from Dell. The screen resolution is outstanding, and the battery life is very good. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.
