My favorite Windows laptop. Excellent performance and battery life, I only wish it had less Dell Bloatware installed

Very Good Laptop For the Price. It was a little difficult to set up when trying to connect to internet at first. No problems after first few days.

I do love how fast the laptop is upon opening. My only gripe is that windows hello does not work with the camera. I upgrade the hard drive and the memory and it is a beast now.

Best laptop I have ever owned! It’s still fast and amazing as the day I took it out of the box and have had it for over 2 years!

I’ve had this laptop for a month now and my only complaint is that the fans are a bit loud when I am using it heavily for example gaming. Additionally I have struggled to update my BIOSs as it comes back as failed every time I attempt to do so. Unfortunately Best Buy is all closed right now so I cannot get them to look at it. Unsure if this is an issue with the laptop or something else

Love this computer. Touch screen is great, easy to flip and the pen that comes with it is quite handy. Mouse track pad works well with no issues maneuvering the screen.

This laptop delivers solid consistent service. The video display is only fair otherwise a good laptop for the money.

Overall a good form factor, excellent display quality, decent power (battery life and processing speed). Only drawback is keyboard layout (sharing of Home, End, Delete, Insert keys with Function keys instead of expanded arrow keypad). A very annoying problem is that the unit powers-on by itself. Need to look into the settings some more to find out what is going wrong. I am not sure if when the lid is closed, if the power button gets depressed. Otherwise a good value.

This laptop provide us a high capacity and speed Device with the Dell warranty behind. For the price, I was able to get this laptop for high powerful usage for college.

Super powerful machine for a lot cheaper than you can typically find them. Great display and touch screen. I don't use the pen much but nice to have as and addition.

Super slick, thin, and light to carry. Big enough to be able to make letters as big as I need them lol Still figuring out what to do with the pen, but the ability of folding this laptop and use it as a tablet is super cool when I am explaining documents to clients (I am a loan officer always on the go). Great crispt picture/video & sound for my lives, and Zoom calls! It does not take some specific programs well, but my IT dept was able to wiggle the way in to download our specific software to work with all the safe parameters Windows 10 imposes. Overall a great buy for my ALL BUSINESS laptop.

Bought laptop for school as an open-box item. So far so good with no issues on any of the software downloads or system demands when doing statistical analysis. Only qualm is that when I plug headphones into the audio jack, the sound only goes to one ear. Tried handful of headphones with same result. Now using a bluetooth paired set which resolves this audio issue, but suspect this is a problem with my machine and not a broader limitation of the model.

Bought this laptop for school. Camera quality is pretty good for my zoom calls. I love the touch screen and tablet mode. Best laptop I’ve ever owned.

This is a great laptop for anyone. I like how the keys feel with typing. Love having the number pad to the right. The speed of the computer is great. Love it!

Purchased this laptop for my wife to replace an HP that the hard drive suddenly crashed and was un-recoverable. The picture is great and she has not complained once about the performance. It was easy I set up and get all of her programs installed and working. She doesn’t use the touchscreen and included touch pen stylus but I have used it several times and it works as well as the one with my MS Surface Pro. Overall impressed enough that I purchased a slightly lower tier version with an i5 processor for my son’s virtual learning experience this year.

This is my second Dell Inspirion. I love it! The screen is clear. I love the numbers on the keyboard (calculator). This new laptop replaced my previous Dell.

Good battery life at least 6 hours, nice color on screen, pen works; screen stays clean fairly well. Has some wait to it, and feels strong we’ll belt frame

This has everything that I wanted! Took some time to get used to it since I’ve used a MacBook for the last few years, but I’m glad I made the switch!

I bought this computer because of the COV19 virus. My grandson school year was terminated and had to continue finish his school year at home on-line. The computer has provided excellent opportunities for continuing research and learning experiences. I figure this equipment will be useful through Middle grades and High School. Great investment. I did my homework before purchase and really think I got the best value for my money. Easy to use, great speed, excellent graphics, sufficient enough on- board memory (as if you can ever have enough) and not too pricey.

Keyboard is small due to the numeric pad on the right, but it is nice to have the numeric pad on the right. I can not type on it as the keyboard is not arranged as a typical keyboard. It has back light which is nice. I returned a laptop that had backlight on a silver keyboard which was useless and bought this. I work at various hours so I need back light. It comes with digital pen. I have not used it much as I have not had time to spend on it much. I hope to be able to use it more this winter. Great for someone who crunches numbers.
