I bought this on July 4th and i am very happy about my purchase. I had a HP all in one which i used for zoom meetings. Unfortunately bang & olufsen is so bad when it comes to audio output. so i need a laptop mainly for kids music lessons via zoom. Does a great job to it. But overall im very pleased with Dell in terms of everything. great performance by all means. good speed, loud speakers, especially i love the finger print. recommend it if you tossing between hp and dell, go for dell. especially if you are looking for zoom meetings during this covid 19 pandemic, its a great buy.

Old laptop was about 7 years old, however I was reluctant to take the leap and purchase a new one. When it crashed I had no other choice. Love the touch screen. Great laptop.

Easy to use. Hooked it to a 27 inch monitor and wireless keyboard/mouse and use it like a desk top AND have the portability of a laptop. Best of both worlds.

The weight is a bit heavy for a laptop, but for the price it is good value. Touch screen is nice and the resolution is perfect for the work-at-home scenario.

I like the screen size on this laptop and the fingerprint startup is very convenient. So far, so good! This was sold out at most stores because the price was right. A good deal.

Got it for school and love it. No issues with school work or work or even just browsing. The most issue I have is with the fingerprint reader not always working.

I have always been a fan of Dell laptops. I prefer the Latitude models but and use one daily for work and have had little to no problems. If a problem arises Dell is always quick to address as long as under warranty. I bought the Inspiron to replace a Samsung that seemed to be problematic from the start. The only problem I have with the Inspiron is the fingerprint security does not recognize my finger print 95% of the time and I have to type in my password which is no big deal for me but if a manufacturer is going to incorporate a technology make sure it’s reliable.

Had to buy a new Windows 10 laptop and everything transferred smoothly. The monitor is a good size and the laptop overall not very heavy. I'm very happy with my choice.

Bought a dell for the purpose of broadcasting a podcast. Dell is what the sales person recommended. Great speed and clarity. Really like it so far.

My wife is really enjoying this laptop. It's quiet, the screen is pretty nice, the build quality is good. It's also upgradable even has a 2.5 in slot for additional SSD.

Easy installation and fast downloading of all my files from a thumb-drive into the PC as well as wireless connecting my printer/scanner. I am age 72 so rather than using the PC keyboard and finger-cursor I was able to easily install my wireless keyboard and mouse. I own and operate a small home-based tax preparation business and do a lot of online surfing and emailing as well as bill paying, etc. This baby does the job! I especially like the nice and crisp screen display.

I needed a new laptop and I was going back and forth between this and a MacBook. So glad I chose this! This laptop far exceeded all my expectations! No regrets!

I bought this laptop for school and am impressed with all the functions including the touch screen. My son is now using it for school and he is so happy.

First time using a touch laptop. It is pretty cool. I had only used it a few times as a tablet. Just trying to get use to it and learning how to all the options.

I have owned several laptops and it just seemed over the years the Dells have always held up. We bought this for a daughter in law school. This seemed to have most of all the features for a reasonable cost. It did get a little pricey once we added all the protection plans and additional software. But if it will get her through law school without any issues and if she will call the Geek Squad instead of me at 3:00am when a paper is due the next morning, then it will be well worth it.

Bought this for my son to complete his virtual classes and he loves it. It was easy to set up and he likes that it can be used as a tablet and a laptop.

Got this new laptop for my son to study at home. He loves the fast speed, big crisp screen, and fast start up. Got it with student deal can’t beat it.

So far, I have only used it to browse the internet and watch videos. The product is great and rarely does the fan turn on. The power lasts great as well.

Using this for a small business and it is just what is needed to keep business running smooth. Lightning fast and the tablet feature is great when on the road.

Amazing laptop and love the touchscreen! I got this to replace my Toshiba and I was not disappointed!
