Bought this for my son for his first year of college. Perfect size and has all the options he needs. Love that it can be used as a laptop or a tablet!

So far it is easy to use with only a little help from my friends. This is my first laptop & it is for personal use only. I plan on using this for a long time.

Dell is always reliable. I was looking for a touchscreen laptop that would be easy to pack up and take place to place. This was perfect.

The Dell-Inspiron checked all of the boxes we were looking for. After explaining what our needs were, the knowledgeable Dell Associate showed us our alternatives, which were quite a few, but ended up recommending the Dell. While the store I was at did not have it in stock, he quickly arranged for next day shipping for another location. In addition, he arranged "interest free" financing. The computer arrived the next day and had been performing perfectly ever since. All in all, a great experience.

I think this is a nice unit and very good value for the money. An identical unit directly from Dell is $150 more. However, the warranty differs, it seems. I registered this laptop with Dell and Dell is indicating that I have only a 90 basic warranty. Purchasing the same unit directly from Dell would provide a 1 year basic warranty. Seems like a RIP, I submitted query to Dell but have not received an intelligent response.

This computer has been the greatest computer ever had. I use this computer for work & school. The touchscreen is amazing for the product.

From the minute I opened up the computer and turned in on. Cortana helped me set up the computer. It was so great to have a hand to hold from the get.

We don't do any online gaming, but we do use Microsoft 365 a lot. There is plenty of space for us to store everything and the speed doesn't slow down.

I purchased 3 of these computers and all have performed better than expected. i-5 with SSD makes computers run faster for a longer period of time.

We bought two for our exec's and they are perfect. They are light for travel and the tablet function is great for marking up construction documents

I got this laptop for me. Touch screen foldable is crazy. It is durable i dropped it couple of times but still works great

Had a Dell previously and it worked great so decided when the old one blew up to purchase another. Have it set up and it works great.

Good quality, lightweight, love the touch screen. Short battery life but can change settings to last a little longer
