This is a great machine so far. Setting it up was a little time consuming, but quite streamlined and idiot-proof. It is very easy to get the hang of the operating system and the tutoring along the way helps very much. I like the finger print reader for security. My only gripe is that the speakers are awful. tried to watch a movie as I was going to sleep one afternoon and I couldn't hear it with the only ambient noise being a window unit air conditioner. But for my simple purposes with the device, it's just fine.

I did a lot of investigating about all laptops. This was a good choice. No problems with it at all so far. But it has only been a month.

I bought this for use primarily with Quicken. It was very easy to set up, even for me, and thus far I’ve had no issues.

I have always used Dell or Asus and this laptop once again hasn't disappointed. I use it for grad school and handles all my needs.

I had been looking for a replacement laptop for my wife’s laptop that was on its last legs. I had decided on a Dell 15 5000 series. Best Buy offered a configuration not available from Dell online that was one I was trying to get Dell to create for me. I found the Best Buy offered laptop that matched the config I had wanted but was also a 2-in-one, a feature I didn’t really want because of the extra cost. Best Buy offered the laptop for $100 less than Dell so I jumped on it. It is a great computer.

This computer works great for my needs. I love it's streamlined size. It does take some getting used to the smaller keys

This laptop has done well for me for some light programming and it has been easy to use. A couple things though. 1, I had to return and get a new laptop because the space bar key came stuck and the employee said it would be quicker and easier to just get a new laptop. 2, the laptop frequently says that it had trouble shutting down when I go to start it and that concerns me a little, though nothing has been lost or seems to be wrong with it so far.

Very versatile and light. Fast and dell support seems to have improved over the years. Overall very satisfied.

This was a gift fir my nephew. He is a computer geek and he said it meets all his needs. The price was perfect for me.

Big upgrade from our last computer and is working great so far. Still learning and adding the features it has.
