I purchased this laptop to replace an 8-1/2 year old laptop that was no longer able to perform as I needed. This laptop is very sleek and light and has very clear screen resolution. I have had some adjustment to typing on the keyboard as the touch is somewhat different than my old laptop or using a desktop keyboard. I had a little issue at first with the sound on it not working, but that was resolved. Overall, I am pleased with it.

Some difficulty linking with new Edson printer, which I also am learning to operate. How ‘open’ are you now with Caronavirus infection? I need to come to visit Geek Squad/Tech Service with my old Dell laptop. Need to transfer AMAP from hard disc within. Need more of content from ‘old machine’. I suppose I can call for appointment. I live 135 miles north. I like the new Dell! I was very disappointed that my marketer did not reply to my email of inquiry soon after the purchase!

I had to call into the Geek Squad number multiple times and did not have a good connection with the agent until about the 5th attempt to discuss the issues I was having. I am not fully convinced the tech truly understood what I was trying to explain what was happening on the computer, so I just hoped that once the tech had a chance to run some tests if anything was apparently wrong, they would be able to correct the issue.

This laptop is great for school work as well as work. It’s also beneficial to watch movies on with the way it folds.

Very happy with new computer. I made a big jump from Windows 7 to upgraded operating system. Found easy to navigate

Sales/floor tech was very helpful in helping us find a reasonably priced laptop for our needs. Only thing is we would have liked to have had a manual, but we purchased from open box which made it affordable for us, so no manual. Our sales tech told us the info could be downloaded. We're still working on getting internet service as we don't like using wifi if we would go out of the house. So far we're pleased with the Dell Inspiron.
