    Most valuable part of my dealings with Best Buy was the support from Geek Squad. That is because I knew which computer I was going to purchase. Geek Squad did a great job of transfering my files to my new laptop and setting up MS Office. The only downside is that it took me 17 days to pick up my laptop because only one tech, David, was working on computers. Btw, I am very pleased with David’s customer service and his personal support.
