Good Dell

Still should have waited on a "better" sale" Have never had any issues with it. I allow it to update itself - no problems. Characters on keyboard can be hard to see at times because of light. Lighted keyboard doesn't help most of the time. Use it as a laptop 99% of the time, not as the 2-n-1 bit.

Fast and Streamlined Laptop

We are pleased with the performance at this time. We were also happy with the assistance from the instore Geek Squad who transferred data from our old computer and installed new programs. Done quickly with our new computer ready for us the following day. Everyone was quite helpful, from the salesman, technicians, and other store staff. Glad we came to Best Buy for this purchase.
