I wanted a computer that would be light-weight and capable of doing all my programs for my job. I told the salesman that I need to have remote connection to log into my office shared drive however when I got home to log into the network I was informed by Dell that I would have to purchase Microsoft Office for another $200! Was not a happy camper!!
