Overall this 2 in 1 is great. It's fast and sleek and extremely mobile. I travel a lot so I was looking for something small but powerful that would be able to handle what I needed it to...this little guy does it. The SSD makes the bootup so much faster than standard hard drives. I can say I will never go back to anything but a SSD ever again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because its kind of difficult to open. It's so slim that you have to try and wedge your fingers in between the lid and base to open it. Other than that, it's a great product.

Was looking for a student laptop for my wife. Not only is this very light and fast, but excellent as a 2 & 1. Battery life is great. Great Bang for the Buck.

the only downside for me is that it is hard to see the keys in dim light. I wish the letters and numbers were printed in black or blue so they would show up better on the silver keys. The backlight keys are of little help to me because they are so dim and I see the light escaping from around the edges of the keys before I see the characters. The computer is fast and powerful for such a thin, lightweight laptop. I love the larger screen.

screen is very big and the processor is fast. Very easy to use and set up. The memory is large enough for school plus this is a touch screen laptop.

Haven’t upgraded since 2008. This provides the speed and memory necessary for home use and the potential for home office capability with a minor 8mb ram upgrade. The backlit keyboard was annoying until a quick google provided me the instructions to turn it off. The 15 inch is best as the 13 is to small and 17 way to big. I probably would have went black but the silver was on sale. I’m totally satisfied with my purchase and no I’m not affiliated with Best Buy or dell. Good luck!

This laptop was purchased to replace my wife’s 4.5 year old Dell laptop that was beginning to show its age. She is extremely happy with this new laptop! It boots up fast, has plenty of storage, backlit keyboard, vivid screen, etc. It is also pen compatible, but we haven’t tried this. The back is removable, so upgrading the memory, WiFi card, and SSD is possible if desired. Just be sure to check out the service manual available at dell.com for the steps for any upgrades.

The Dell computer is easy to use and very fast compared to my old computer. The touch screen is great.

Bought this from the Best Buy Outlet. Was told it was a display model. Excellent Price. It had a few cosmetic defects which also lined up with what I was told. I usually buy from the Dell Outlet direct but this was priced better. So far it has performed as I expected without a hitch. This replaced the last Dell Inspiron I bought in 2011. Hope this one lasts as long.

Solid laptop good speed backlit keyboard and large SSD.

Very pleased with this purchase. The SS drive makes for a fast boot and the touchscreen works flawlessly. I didn't realize that it has a fingerprint scanner for logging in which was a pleasant surprise and works well most of the time - not so much when your fingers are freshly washed (damp), but not a big deal to use a PIN when that happens. Overall very pleased.

This is my second Dell 7000 15.6 i5... I bought one in 2014 (at Best Buy) and now exactly 6 years later bought this 2 in 1... I trust this machine very much. Now after 3 weeks I am very happy with the speed and performance. Also the construction and materials are excellent.

Like the number keys on top and above, very light, sleek.

I purchased this laptop after my Toshiba of 12 years bit the dust. The keyboard took a little getting used to (muscle memory) but I am very pleased with the functionality of this computer. Very user friendly. Smooth operation. Love the numeric keyboard. Has a lot of neat features built in. You'll like this one.

I purchased this desktop as a replacement for a Dell I own for 5 years. The touch features are great, speed is very good and picture quality excellent. I wish Dell had given a year trial on the office package instead of 6 months.

Dell makes a very good laptop. I wanted SSD and enough RAM to run a few programs. This computer met those requirements. The flip top and touch screen makes it very user friendly. I have moved all of my data to it and am happy with this purchase.

Bought this for the wife for her birthday. She uses it for her home office, and she has really liked this laptop. Boot up is very fast, can run multiple operations seamlessly. She had a lot of issues with her last one, and this has performed very well for her.
