I am getting used to a laptop after years with a desktop. Some days, I cannot access the internet except only on my desktop when the laptop is unable to do that, but that might be because too many other folks are also online. However, I need it for Zoom and it does work fine there.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The laptop works as well as any Windows touchscreen in its class. That is, except for the headphone/mic jack. It worked intermittently, then not at all. The warranty does not include exchange of parts or a refurbished computer. I had to send the whole thing to Houston. COVID intervened and they couldn't get parts. After 35 days customer said they would return a refurbished computer. That's fine, but that's not what happened. Instead, they *claimed* to have fixed it (but did nothing) and returned it. Still broken. Now they say I have to send it back again. The 30 day clock starts over. I have no doubt they'll do nothing, say they did, and return it in 29 days. Never again will I buy a Dell computer. I will share this story with anyone who asks, and many who don't.

This was a great laptop! I love the two-in-one feature because it allows me to draw and write directly on online documents. I've had this for over a year and still works great! The only thing is that the speaker does sound kind of funny now, but besides that it's great!

My new Dell is good, I think it's Windows 10 that I really don't like. But one thing I don't like about the laptop is when typing the mouse jumps on it's own! After the coronavirus has been lifted I'll go up to the Geek Squad to have it adjusted [if that's possible].

Wanted something versatile after having an the ASUS for over 10 years. Enjoy being able to switch from a laptop to a tablet and enjoy the touchscreen. I'm not very tech savvy and using it has been easy and installation was easy with the follow along screens.

Looking for a upgrade for an old Lenovo. This model is more compact and lighter thanks to the solid state drive. Had to learn some new features and reinstall some programs. Every thing went well. Still learning some features and looking forward to an easier work setup,

The keyboard has lights underneath the characters, but they’re still hard to see. I have to position a desk lamp over the keyboard to see them properly. I’m disappointed that some of the information on my old computer could not be transferred to my Dell.

This has been a fairly good unit with which to work. I like it better than the unit issued me by work nearly 1 year later. While touch screen isn't often used, fingerprint ID is great.

The Dell-Inspiron 15.6" 7000 is a great laptop! It's versatile,eventhough it's a little on the heavy side. The one down-side, is that it doesn't have a CD player tray. Also, I've yet to find a way to download music to save to music file.

Well built and high performance machine. Fairly lightweight and easy to use. The screen is well lit with great color definition. The hinges that allow the machine to convert from laptop to tablet mode are very sturdy and do not feel weak at all. The core I-5 processor performs very well and RAM comes stock with 8GB but able to upgrade to 16GB. Definitely recommend this system for students and small business owners. It is unclear from the specs I have seen whether the onboard USB C port supports charging and this was untested as I did not want to damage the system. Compared other manufacturers this Dell laptop had very minimal preloaded bloatware allowing the end user to spend less time cleaning up a brand new system. Keyboard backlight is a weak point as it only has 2 brightness settings for backlighting the keys (low, high, off). Not a dealbreaker, but hard to see on low. Battery life was great and nice big screen without all the weight.

I believe it was the manager in charge I had purchased another computer and broke down in less than 17 days was out of your warranty. But she told me to go back and pick out what I wanted and she gave me credit towards it and I you doubled the sales and I am happy
