I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 7000 2 in 1 laptop. I love it but not the keyboard. The keys and keyboard are grey with very light blue letters. I can't see the letters because they are way too light. I'm thinking of returning the laptop.

Great laptop, very smooth transition for the 2-in-1, screen quality/color/contrast is amazing, the backlight is nice as well. The box did come really beat up & not with a lot of padding or protection around the laptop

I purchased this laptop for my 14 year old stepson who is a freshman in high school. It was an open box purchase and I got more than I bargained for. This 2 in 1 is perfect for my stepson to use in his class work at St. Rita High School.

I am enjoying the 2in1 feature of this model. I bought this to replace an Inspiron several years old. To me it is simply a newer version of the same thing I had but I didn’t realize how much I would enjoy the modernization.

It is great but the sound it is okay. I have noticed that the speakers (when you are watching youtube videos) they sound like they are speaking underwater, but when you are listening to music, they sound great. Easy setup!!

even with the craziness going on the service was as great as always. when my laptop died I originally was going to return it for repair but then because of the estimated two weeks after the call decided to just purchase a new one.

I am just learning all the features but I am very pleased. My biggest problem is getting used to Windows 10. I don't think it is as user friendly as Windows 7. The people at Geek are wonderful. They are very knowledgable and patient.

I love this computer however I am not impressed with the fingerprint reader it continues to tell me, that my finger is not mine. I continually have to use my pin to login. Other than that I love this computer and the ease of use.

computer startup is very fast. Been using it for video chat and battery does drain quicker than I expected. Otherwise it works as expected. The operating system is interactive and easy to explore.

I bought this laptop to use for light workload and a few projects that require I carry a computer with me. I realized pretty quickly that it wasn't going to be fast enough for my taste, so I gave it to the 14 year-old in the house who is using it for some light gaming. She loves it and claims the graphics are "awesome" (I have to admit they ARE pretty darn good). I have owned a number of Dells and will continue to buy them, I just realize now I need a much more sophisticated model, so that's what I will look for. Oh, the 18 month no interest deal made it even sweeter.

Does what it is represented to do...However, I wish the salesman had told me I could get a 2T hard drive for a measly $275.00 additional dollars. I've been back to Best Buy 4 times and I'm finally getting the larger hard drive.

Bought this laptop to use for at home Learning of some apps such as Power BI. So far it’s been great. It’s doing what I needed, has plenty of memory, was ready for pick-up when promised. I’m glad I made this purchase.

I use my computer for homework, social media, and doing research for class. In my opinion, it has the same optics (backlit keyboard, numerical keypad) and works just as well as its Apple counterpart. 10/10, would buy again.

kept getting really hot and turning off. Not a good camera, the body was s little damage. It jept getting really hot and not holding a charge long.

This is one fast Dell laptop. Boot and shutdown times are blazing fast. Not instantaneous, but within seconds to shutdown or to boot screen nonetheless. Set up was typical windows 10 and that is not a bad thing. I did find that I had to initiate further Windows 10 updates which I had not had to do with another manufacturer's unit. But thanks to the speedy processor and ssd, updates were briskly installed. CONSTRUCTION This is a very impressive aluminum bodied machine with Dell logo in chrome. This unit was not particularly heavy but it had some heft to it - a quality feel. The screen was beautiful and had a very narrow bezel around it. THE KEYBOARD Awful. There is a reason some companies have aluminum bodied laptops with BLACK keys instead of aluminum looking ones. Quite simply the keys were almost impossible to read in any light even if they were backlit. Thankfully this problem with a bad key construction choice can be remedied if you are using this like a desktop where you could install an external keyboard and/or mouse. I did not find any glaring issues with the trackpad. OVERALL IMPRESSIONS Very fast as noted; full-sized HDMI port for installation of an external monitor (yes!), several usb ports; no dvd player was present though you can add external which is not a demerit. I liked that the power button was surrounded by white so that you didn't have to hunt for it - a plus since the other keys are awful in clarity. Quite simply black keys would resolve this awful keyboard's issues. This is a quality laptop that has the speed to do more than basic tasks; it is not small and portable, but if you use it for a desktop replacement, then this is a very good choice. And it also has a touchscreen!

I dislike the key board. It is silver with white letters the back light is led white. So if you are in a dimly lit area you cannot read the keys at all. I only bought the dell over the HP because of the 10 keyboard. Not of much use most of the time. Dell should design some of there computers for functionality instead of style, I am sure the laptop is adequate. I have misgivings over the way the salesman pushed. I am an older citizen have worked with computers all my working years.I am upset with the push at best buy not necessarily the product,

I wish shipping could've been faster but I did want it shipped to a specific store, and with the epidemic it was understandable. However, the curbside pick up was quick and im enjoying my new 2 in 1 laptop.

Very happy with my purchase and with the whole purchasing process, except for the fact that nobody seemed to know how to do a tax exempt purchase that worked. So I had to pay tax on my laptop for my business.

Dell - Inspiron 15.6" 7000 2-in-1 Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 512GB SSD + 32GB Optane - Silver was the best touch screen that I have purchased. You get more bang for your bucks.

My younger son needed a new computer for college. So we ended up going to Paramus, bc they had the dell computer that he wanted. The were extremely friendly and very helpful to us!
