Out of box purchase, saved almost $200.00. I have not had any issues with this tablet/laptop. I think the open box was missing it’s original paperwork but it’s available online so prolly no biggie.

We deploy these devices to our sales staff because they handle all the applications needed for business tasks and the laptop is very portable. We have never had any issues with them to date.

I went into the store not knowing what I wanted. I told the salesman what I needed, and he did a great job explaining different features on various computers. I decided on the Dell and love it!

Great lap top. Fits my needs perfectly. The associate who helped me was knowledgeable and patient. Only thing I might be disappointed in is the short battery life while in use.

I like, I like it alot. Start up is fast and shut down as quick. I'm still learning as to all it can do because I'm not on it that long and only for certain things.

This is a great laptop. Nice size with numeric keypad. I upgraded from a Dell 13" 2 in 1. The 13" did not have a large enough screen for me. The 15" is a great size.

Starts up fast. Only complaint I have is could Dell PLEASE not load that annoying McAffee Software that is not asked for. Overall very satisfied with the computer.

This 2in1 was a great buy! Ok, it’s not perfect; a little heavy, poor battery autonomy, and sometimes it has connectivity issues! But overall, a good product!

This laptop is a good one for someone that uses applications on the cloud and doesn't need a great deal of computer power or gaming needs. Fit our profile perfectly.

Two models with the same price I got the one with a larger screen..and it rang 100 more and they didn't honor the price

I am completely satisfied with this purchase. It had everything that I was looking. I would definitely recommend this computer to anyone looking for a great computer.

I'm about ready to take this back. It seems there is no internal microphone on this computer? What? OR there is a really BAD mic that just works with the camera? I make recordings on Doceri app and my other Dell works just find for that using the internal mic. Why would I want a computer with no microphone? The rest of the options are still being explored. I'll update this if I don't take it back. Was excited to have a laptop I could use as a table.

Tech team did a good job transferring data from old hard drive that was failing. Everything came through except the pictures. Really sad about that

Good allround computer. Responsive. Only drawback is the small power button that doubles for fingerprint recognition. It is too small to effectively read my fingerprint.

I am still getting use to my first laptop computer, as I have always had a desk top computer. There is a big learning curve especially when you don't have a manual!

I love this Laptop! This is the 2nd one I have purchased - only difference over the years are the upgrades

Bought it for the wife, she loves it. Only drawback this far is the keyboard lights makes it difficult to see the letters on certain angles while using.

Great laptop and highly recommended for anyone wanting a lite, versatile computer. The picture quality is amazingly clear. Ample amount of memory and fast.
