Purchased this laptop for son heading to college. It works great and doesn’t come with lots of bloatware.

good pad and great screen resolution..silver backlit keyboard can be hard to see if used in sunlit area.

This 2 in 1 by dell is a great laptop and really excels at being both a laptop and tablet due to its 13" size!!

I love the fact that it's a tablet as well. The camera isn't that good, but overall it works great.

This laptop is even more than I had expected in a laptop for this price. There is a competitors laptop that is direct competition to this laptop I have used a lot in the household and this one is unquestionably the better computer. The i5 chip is the only spec it doesn't match or beat the other laptop at but I have not outpaced the i5 in this computer doing normal activities. I do not game with this computer so I cannot rate it on that, it does everything else up to that smoothly and well. The screen is bright and clear. The hinges are more solid than competitors and it switches from laptop to tablet seamlessly and quietly, no popping or noises. The touchscreen works well although I don't used it often. The keyboard is very nicely laid out with convenient buttons and the ability to lock or unlock the function keys. I was apprehensive about the power button being on the keypad, not on the side, as that is different than every laptop I've had for the last 10 years but it honestly is more convenient. I do wish it had a light somewhere that gave a status of on, sleep or off as most laptop power buttons on the side do. The battery life is great. I can work on this (web, word processing and some video) for most of a day before having to recharge. It is easy to charge also as all the USB-C PD devices I have charged it perfectly. I have a portable power bank and 60W block that charged it slowly, but charged (charged normally if powered off). The 87W charger actually charged it quicker than the power supply that was shipped with the laptop with the barrel plug. Overall it looks good, has very good performance and is very smartly engineered. I would highly recommend this laptop. Dell definitely beat the competition this round.

Occasionally the computer goes to a location I was not requesting. Some buttons not marked.

The quality is good and worth for value. If you want to buy a laptop for WFH, it's a good option.

i use it for work so far no major issues. been a month anf half tho since i bought it

Had an older model Dell, this is much sleeker but hard to hold on to/ slippery with one hand.

I can’t figure out how to export photos/videos from phone to computer. As far as I’m concerned, I’ve done everything right. It’s been a month and trying to find someone to help me. Also, keys are too hard to see. I like my other used computer better but ran out of memory. Once it gets going, I’m sure all will be just fine!

The lap top is more than I expected. The touch screen makes it much easier to use than I expected.
