Battery life is great. Working from home battery lasts about 7 hours with heavy use. Love that can be used as a tablet. It's very fast and it powers on super quick. Definitely recommend.

We purchased this laptop for my parents (70+) so they can stay in touch with the family and do basic online computing. With the SSD, it is lightning fast, the touchscreen makes it easy to use and overall is a great value for laptops under $1k.

Blazing fast with 10th gen i5. Also, amazing design. Fun to use. Only one little issue is that when it's opened more than 90' the screen tends to fall open even more. I got extra warranty so no worrying. Still. Superb laptop.

I needed to update from my very old Dell and what a difference in the speed! Wow! The display is really good, too! I miss the games (with no ads) that came with my old Dell. The fingerprint reader never works.

Needed to update a 256gb ssd laptop that was 5 years old. I chose this one because of the storage space plus it is faster. So far I like it very much and I would say that it is a good value for what I paid. Would recommend.

So far the set up was easy, the speed and internet connectivity has been great. I use this largely for online learning/zoom and don’t have any complaints. Some quirks include the camouflaged power button that had me mystified the first time I was trying to turn it on. It’s not labeled and is part of the keyboard (upper right hand side) and blends in completely. The backlit keyboard is also a little odd with a white light that actually makes reading the keys more challenging than just having the keyboard unlit. Overall, it’s serving it’s purpose. I’m not a tech guru so I relied heavily on reviews like this one when purchasing and they didn’t let me down. I’m happy with this purchase.

First laptop with ssd hard drive, can’t believe how fast it boots up. Finger print reader doesn’t work 90% of the time old hp laptop was a lot better at reading fingerprints.

I bought this for my son as a present. He's amazed by how fast it is, he said it's "lightning fast". I'm sure that the 32GB octane is a bonus, that's one reason I chose it. After reading reviews I mentioned to him that some people said the hinges were weak. He does not think so, however, he said they are tight and he's just careful when opening it....as I'd think you should be anyways. Bottom line is that he is supremely happy with this computer and it meets his every need. He uses it to work from home occasionally and it's fast enough for all the programs he uses. We couldn't be happier with this purchase and I'm sure it will service him for many years.

Not Dell fan but needed something for school and bought it. Price was great and was amazed with the ease of use and quality. I've the touchscreen!

Love the picture battery life touch screen. We own a sign company and do design layouts daily. No they computer product can preform quality images like Dell. Excellent!!

This Laptop is great, I have a similar one for working and I love it so when I needed one for home this one became the only option. Touch screen is super, it is light.

Bought a MacBook Air 18 months ago and the screen went. Just bought this Dell Inspiron a month ago and very pleased with it. Light weight, clear screen, and long battery life!

The touch screen that folds down makes for a very versatile computer. It is thin and lightweight and the battery stays active without charge for several hours.

Well easy to set up and navigate! Screen size is enough to get me through and the 2 in 1 feature is fun to use. Highly recommend for any Windows user.

My old laptop was almost a decade old and was showing its age. When I had the opportunity I went to get a new laptop and decided on this one, for its tablet capabilities as well as its standard laptop uses. This Inspiron is a champ at loading software thanks to its solid state drive and the touch screen is very responsive. It’s probably not the best for gaming but if you want a laptop to watch your chosen streaming service, doodle with a stylus (I purchased a bamboo stylus with it), or do work/homework, you can’t go wrong for the price.

The chip is running noticeably faster then my old Dell. Also the new version of Microsoft has had no bad surprises. All and all I very happy with this purchase.
