    I'm having to try to deal with Windows 19; I've been on Windows 7. have to pay a yearly subscription to be able to access my Word files from my previous computer. And, the problems with being able to keep using Quicken are both frustrating and expensive.

    Exchanged with 13' dell, went home, log in, setup, assign to Wi-Fi, start to download, dropped Wi-Fi, then fix access, connected, A few minutes later, dropped again. En..... Just like 13' machine. No time to fix this issue, exchanged for HP.
