It's been a while since I've purchased a new computer, and I've only ever been a Mac user. I'm so glad that I made the switch, because there's so much you can do with this computer. You can make endless customizations, freely choose security systems, synthesize email accounts, etc.--all things that I couldn't do with my Mac. Additionally, the storage space is incredible, as is the screen resolution. Everything works smoothly, too!

I really love my 2-in-1. I use it every day for work, research & gaming. It was a great choice!

Have been doing live streamed classes and an online class and this has worked well for it all. Zoom and Microsoft teams are the software I’ve been using for live streams and except for the occasional user error or WiFi being stupid, I haven’t had problems doing my classes. I love the fingerprint reader. It makes it easy to get logged in. And this computer is also great for just relaxing and watching videos.

Excellent graphics. Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port is there when I need it. I purchased a docking station which uses that port so I am able to use it for my standard flash drives when I don't need it for the intended purpose. Keyboard lights up in the dark. It has no DVD writer (I'm old, I still use them on occasion. Touch screen works nicely. Battery life could be slightly shorter than I got from the laptop this replaces.

Not the machine I wanted, but I had store credit. This computer does everything I need in word processing, basic Excel worksheets and some electronic circuit simulation. Good audio, good screen resolution and reasonable speed. The keys have just slightly less touch feedback than I prefer. I was used to an hp envy laptop that had just s little more snap. All in all works well.

I bought this open box satisfactory "Any signs of use will not impact performance. Nonessential parts or accessories may be missing". It didn't come with a power cord. How is the power cord not essential? Other than that the computer itself is very good. HD led screen is vivid and clear. The processor is fast and it has enough memory for my needs.

Boots up quickly, love the touch screen. Sleek and lightweight with great resolution.

I bought this laptop during a student sale and overall, it performs very well. I had to request a replacement unit as the first device I received was faulty, but the second unit is performing well so far. The diagnostic and testing suite from Dell is pretty extensive, and both Dell and Best Buy have pretty good customer support even without the Geek Squad subscription.

Our Dell Inspiron is perfect for what we need. Light weight and easy to use.

I may be biased as I previously owned a Dell XPS that lasted for 8 years. This setup is....adequate....not impressive...I do like that it has a number keyboard on the right side. The screen is fine. I find that in summer it tends to overheat and cause issues. Other than that, it's fine....sure miss my xps though....
