Have only had this laptop a short time but the graphics are brilliant and ease of use is good. Would prefer keys were clearer on the keyboard. The silver on silver are at times difficult to see. Overall a good laptop for basic use of internet research, email and communication. For the price, I feel it should have a DVD/CD drive but sadly does not.

I had to buy a new computer. When I went to the store I spoke with a salesperson. I wanted a faster computer and that was mostly what I wanted. Well this Dell is a great computer. I am glad it has the speed. The keyboard lights up so if the lighting isn't great this helps to see the letters. I can bend it and use it in a v shape too. I am glad I purchased this.

Bought this as an open box item. Didn't even have a box. But dont ever be weary of purchasing an open box item from bestbuy. They do an outstanding job at making sure everything is as it should be before selling it. And the price point is significantly different. So if you dont need all the hoopla of having a "brandnew" item open box is the way to go!

The laptop works Great. Battery life is excellent and works fast.

I am a teacher and needed to upgrade my computer if I was going to be able to teach virtually from home. The processor speed, screen, camera, and whole layout of the computer has been a lifesaver for me. I going to upgrade the RAM 8GB which would put me at 16GB total. Once I do that, this should hopefully last me until I finally retire from teaching.

I purchased the Dell - Inspiron 15.6" 7000 2-in-1 Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 512GB. The Geek Squad moved all my data from the old computer. It is very fast. The only complaint I have is that it does not have a port for downloading pictures from my camera to the hard drive. I need to go buy a digital converter/plug.

I really liked the design of this laptop. It worked quite well for my uses, which entails watching YouTube while playing not too graphics intensive games. The only thing I did not like was that the screen is somewhat pointy on the bottom corners, which made resting it on my lap in bed somewhat uncomfortable. This is a minor detail, however; overall I enjoyed this laptop.

I needed a new laptop for school and I'm glad I chose this one. I am still discovering new things about it, but what I have accessed has worked well for work and school. It is durable, as I've managed not to scratch it yet. The battery time is suffice for the amount of time I spend utilizing the device. Haven't had any issues so far!
