First off I should state I’m a Mac user. That being said I needed a windows pc for work. I had the options of several but the 2-1 feature is the part that set this laptop over all the rest for me. It works smoothly, has the power I need, and is very useful to have someone sign on the touchscreen with a stylus.

Easy to use. Fast start up. Touch screen is great!

I've been using the new Dell for about a month. It's very fast and has Good picture quality. The set up was super easy. The only negative I have is that the keyboard is sometimes hard to see. The silver colored keys don't have enough contrast in certain lighting.

My son who is special needs can navigate through all the things he wants to with ease! Checking out Facebook and emails really quickly. Loves his new computer! Would recommend it to anyone who needs a new laptop

My computer Dell that I purchased a year ago in January ---hard drive went down in May this year and I had no back up...Geek Squad could not help for almost 4 weeks...that was a real downer...luckily for me I was able to buy a new computer and transfer everything from 1 12 year old computer that I had synced … The computer I bought this year - curbside pickup not as good as one I had before smaller keys . silver facing vs black facing ...harder to see the keys ...buttons smaller and placed differently..Service received from Best Buy Geek squad was excellent when I could finally get in to see a live person .BB in Minnetonka Mn...overall very disappointed in geek squad delays when I needed them...no excuse for Virus impacts are acceptable...Im in business expect you to be there when I need you with my annual contract of tech support

Overall, I’m very pleased with the performance of this product. The touchscreen adds a nice bonus. The fingerprint scanner reduces hassle with passwords and PIN numbers. It has a great sound quality and the visuals are astonishing. This is the Best Buy I’ve made as of recent.

I bought this computer specifically because I needed a webcam/microphone for online classes and meetings (through Zoom). The computer they gave me had a defective microphone, so I had to return it less than 24 hours after picking it up. Already having issues with it gave me a bad vibe, so I am going to order a different computer instead. While I did have the computer, the display/screen was really clear and had good color. The webcam also had a really clear picture. It also only took about 10 mins to set up the computer and was relatively simple. My advice: make sure to check that the sound, microphone, and webcam are all working when you purchase this computer!

This laptop replaced a Dell desktop that was nine years old. It is very fast compared to what I had previously. I received good sales support form Best Buy and the sales people did not push a product on me. I continue to be pleased with this device, Larry D.

Love love love this computer. Me and my boyfriend do a lot of designing on computers and it keeps up with our every project and has a lot of storage space. It has withstand downloads of big files and a plus of it has a fast processor when we do online gaming!

All the features are working properly. I am amazed by what this laptop can do. After getting a little guidance from my computer savvy daughter, I am cruising on my own. It is refreshing to be able to use a laptop on my own with so many useful features.

Love love love this computer. It recognizes my fingertip everytime and converting it to a tablet is a breeze. It starts up in like 2 seconds and I love that its easy to type on and the full number pad. Got it on sale and glad I bought it.

Picked this up as a HS graduation gift for son who's heading off to college this fall. Good specs and fast SSD caused this laptop to stand out among the competition. It's set up, but won't be used much for another month until school starts.

I haven't really done much with it besides set the basics up on my computer. Its fast and great. I plan on installing Microsoft office 2019 in the next month. I plan on writing on this particular laptop. So it doesn't need all the bells and whistles.

My first impression when I took this Dell out of the box was wow this thing is solid. By solid I mean the exterior metal cover looks and feels like a high quality refined piece of equipment. My second thought was wow it weighs a ton. But I wanted the larger 15 inch screen and I wanted the 2in1 which means heavier hinges on the screen so it was a trade off I was willing to make. At this size and weight this Dell 2in1 will never replace my tablet but what it does do is allow me to have some versatility that a standard laptop would not. Spec wise this laptop does a good job of delivering a decent performance for its cost point. You can spend a lot more to get an upgraded video card, 4k video display and an upgraded processor but for my needs the Intel video, HD screen and Intel i5 processor was a perfect match. It has more than enough power to let me stream HD video or work any office application without heating up or bogging down. I am not sure if the HDR display capability really means that much on a 15 inch screen but it’s nice to know it’s there. The MaxxAudio Pro boost included with the laptop really took me by surprise. I own several laptops and the audio quality in my headphones was the best I have ever heard from a laptop. Not sure what it’s doing differently but the sound quality is outstanding. The 500G SSD drive is super-fast and because of that the laptop boots up very quickly. The laptop has 2 of the newer USB 3.1 slots, an HDMI port and a Thunderbolt 3 port. The Thunderbolt port looks like a USB-C port but it has more functions than a standard USB port. I use mine to attach an external SSD drive thus I get much higher transfer rates than a standard USB would. The 2in1 performance will depend on what you are looking for. I like the fact that I can flip the screen over and have a tablet like device that still uses windows style apps. In the tablet mode this 2in1 performs solidly and I am yet to find an issue whether I am running a windows app or a standard pc program. The laptop also list that its Wifi 6 capable but since my home wireless is not wifi 6 I have not been able to see the benefit. Eventually when I do upgrade my router its nice to know this laptop will be ready to go. The only negative I have with this laptop is that it doesn't have an ethernet jack or an ethernet dongle cord included. I really like this Dell 2in1 and would highly recommend it for the average user.

I purchased my Dell Inspiron 15.6” 7000 2-in-1 in May of 2020, and it’s been an absolute gem! I absolutely love the silver design, it’s sleek & stunning, and the touchscreen is a game-changer! It’s responsive, vibrant, and perfect for switching between laptop and tablet mode. Performance-wise, it’s super reliable. everything runs fast and smooth, even when I’m multitasking like crazy. The backlit keyboard is comfy, and battery life holds up well for a full day of work or entertainment. My only con is, the fan gets a little loud sometimes, but honestly, this laptop has everything I need. Stylish, powerful, and it’s been worth every penny!

Great computer! Has the i5 proccesor and has great speed. Bought open box that was in immaculate condition, looked like it was never used. My last 3 laptops have been Dell and have never had an issue with any of them!

My previous laptop was a 2-in-1 Dell laptop from about 3 years ago (2017). Its hinges were not strong enough for the stress put on them. So far this new computer I bought in 2019 has held up well. I has been able to do everything I want it to do including video streaming. This is also the first laptop I've ever had that includes a number pad on the right side. I'm glad to have that feature back. My one complaint: The letters and symbols on the keyboard light up when in use, which makes them hard to read in a lighted room. Now that I'm used to the keyboard, it's not a big deal. But for the first couple weeks I found my right hand to be consistently off by one key, and it would take me a minute to find the right keys

Great computer for all our family needs, including kids online school work and wife working remotely. Also great to take on the road. Battery lasts for hours, and 2-in-1 feature is kids' favorite part.

This laptop is ok, but not worth the price in my opinion. Lots of weird little things about it. Internet randomly goes out fairly often, which is bad for someone like me working from home and is connected to a call center all day. Num lock is incredibly inconsistent with amount of time it lasts. Does not automatically connect to Wifi about half the time. When it works right it's great, just wish I had returned it when I had the chance. It's good enough to keep instead of selling, but I really wish I had returned it in the return window.
