the laptop itself is good but usually I find a better version on Dell itself. Not sure why best buy has the inferior versions and sometimes more costly. The laptop itself is sleek, works well.

A huge improvement from my 10 yr old laptop. I am able to run many programs at a time and experience no slow down. The camera isn't the best for pixel, clarity, however, it is very responsive.

Fast and easier to use than any computer I've ever had. For a tech dinosaur, it's godsend. It's a bit twitchy sometimes with the curser, but nothings perfect. I made a good buy and got great help in finding it.

I bought this laptop and I love it! It’s super fast! I do photography on the side and needed to upload 1000’s of photos and burn on to a CD, this computer did it flawlessly. So far I’m very happy with the purchase.

Well this computer is amazing its a 2 in 1 and i can use it as a touch screen something i really like was that it has a number pad i would of liked if it came in different colors but other than that great computer.

I bought two of these for my teens. So far no problems. I love how light and super fast they are. My oldest said it was faster than her phone, so I guess I'll be buying her a new phone soon too.

I loved this laptop. Oh I got it broken as it fall out of my hand accidentally. I went back to buy same laptop from Best Buy. I regret I decline the protection.

Needed a new laptop quick this one filled the bill. It's fast and the Best Buy people were very helpful in transferring data and setting it up. Some things I have to get used to, but I think it will be fine.

I’m digging it for my personal usage. Microsoft needs to improve. The laptop is great. Quick boot and ease of use. Fingerprint recognition fails 95% of the times and have to key in pass code.

The laptop was delivered the next day. Easy to use and love the touchscreen, so much easier than using a mouse. Laptop arrived in excellent condition, as ordered. Easy to set up and get running.

I had an eight or nine year old Toshiba. Was looking 2 weeks before Christmas, and then the Toshiba quit. So I missed the deals at Christmas time. So after Christmas I found the Dell, it was on sale for 699. I am very happy what the performance of this machine. Only thing I don't like, is during the day you can't see the back lit keyboard. Other than that this is pretty fast. Even have an option of adding another 8 gb memory stick which is nice. The other laptop was an HP, that was originally 1299. It was on sale for one day only, and that wasn't even a deal of the day. It dropped down to 899. But that was a 13.3" screen. I'm content with the Dell I purchased. It works for me! Would definitely recommend

Love this new Dell 2 in 1 feature. Lightweight and has so many great features like the fingerprint reader, lighted keys, ability to use it as a laptop or a pad. Best Buy I have made in a long time.

I bought this for a guy that works in the field and he has not had any problems with durability or getting online. The speed and durability are top notch, especially for the price.

This Dell computer has worked great, was easy to set-up initially, and i loved the trial McAfee anti-virus software that gave me a few weeks coverage until I could purchase a long term plan

It’s a good Laptop that can use as tablet the only uncomfortable detail is that when you use it as tablet the corners feels sharp when I have it on my laps for work

Got this for my nephew's graduation and he loves it. The price was good and it works great for his work. It does everything he needs and it is great as he finishes his online learning.

Not a gaming machine or a photo editing software guru. This is a great laptop for school and work. It sometimes gets a bit hot and it sometimes freezes up.. thats only because I have like 100 windows open and fail to update it in a timely fashion... not because of the machine.. ive had an imac pro before and this little beast satisfies me almost as much if not the same. The track pad is sensitive.. very sensitive so I had to change some settings.. only thing I dont like is the display is too glossy and not bright enough for my taste . but then I dont think my phone is bright enough...

Is everything I wanted and more, getting used to the touch screen but love it is just like a desktop, with my mouse that I have attached. Just getting everything downloaded and just love it!
