This is a great laptop for home use. I’m not stressing it by any means. But everything I need is here, including the most recent operating system.
It is very thin but has a nice display. Snappy performance.
I would recommend this to a friend

Dell doesn't honor warranty

The machine was fine, just what I needed - AT FIRST. Bought it end of December '24, it was delivered early January '25. By March 10, the battery would not charge when computer is plugged in. "Does not recognize battery" messages daily. Took it to MicroCenter as Best Buy would not service it without charging me. At least MCtr has great reputation. After over a week, Dell refused to honor its warranty claiming their remote test says battery is fine. The battery may be fine, but the machine still refuses to recognize it. I am very very angry. Currently trying to contest Dell's warped logic. I once loved Dell and that's why I purchased this model. I do not recommend Dell any longer
