I bought this two years ago and it worked fine until one day it wouldn't turn on at all. Maybe the battery died. My kid used it for online school for a few hours and sometimes played Roblox. I don't think it's normal for a battery to have died so fast. Crossing my fingers and hoping it's just that.

Was easy to get set up and start working. Love the speed and intuitiveness of the laptop. Sales rep did a good job of explaining the pros and cons of this model - I am a happy customer at this point.

Nice display, smart looking, light weight. It is intel i5, but speed is awesome. I also get advantage of touch screen. Thanks Best Buy and Dell.

Blazing fast. Is a good computer for those that are looking for daily activities and also a little bit more like browsing and some light games. Having that SSD makes a world of difference

great laptop for the price, awesomed with this, so light, and the most important, it can handle 16gb of ram and maybe 32, not sure but it is fully upgradable.

Perfect size computer and screen. Feasible mouse and touch screen. Beautiful color case. Easy to use. Keyboard feel accessiblity real nice. Lightweight easy to transport.

So far, the laptop has worked great. The sound, the screen display, the design, all worked exactly like I hoped it would.

My grandson helped me set it up. It is lighter than my other one and faster a nd I am happy with it. Price was a factor in the decision to buy.

Works good, fast. Good choice for college, not expensive. Keypad is a little bit hard to get used to, but other than that was a good purchase for a 600$ computer with a good memory RAM.

Was working completely fine for the first year and a half. Now it’s not really holding a charge

Love this purchase! I was very hesitant about buying a new computer but I’m so glad that I did. The only issue I had was that the operating system was Windows 10S and after purchasing WebRoot for virus protection, I couldn’t even install it on the computer and feel like I should have been informed of that prior to purchasing. It was a quick google search to disable 10S to 10 and haven’t been able to tell a difference in how my computer runs, so all is good.

Had this for a few months so I can actually say this is a actually a pretty solid laptop for the price. The performance is great, it's a got a good amount of ram and the ssd. The ram and sdd are user upgradable so that's always a plus in my book. The touch screen is also nice, helps with the younger kids who are already accustomed to everything having a touch screen. Battery life in a the battery saver mode is fantastic as well.

I am not much of a writer, so bare with me. I do love this laptop. It was very easy to set up and have all my stuff transferred from my old one to this new one. It is fast and most things are easy to understand. I basically use this for personal use and occasional games. It works great for my needs. It was larger than I expected which was a plus for me.

I’ve been using this computer for online schooling, it’s been ver fast and efficient and perfect for me.
