Great value. Fast. Touch screen. Good resolution

This is an excellent entry/mid-level laptop. I got it for $499 during the recent Labor Day sale. It feels sturdy yet not too heavy. The keyboard keys are a joy to type on, and has a good enough of travel without making a lot of clanking noises. The screen is bright and the higher resolution display really shows. Overall, a great value for $500.

Nice affordable touch screen laptop. It’s pretty fast and I like it!

My son loves it. We bought this for him after his other laptop took a poop. With him being in college in another state, we found the ease of using in-store pickup a breeze. We just shopped the store closest to him, made the purchase, and set him as the pick up person. When class and practice let out for the day, he drove up to get it. Easy process all around. The computer is up-to-date, and screaming fast.

Other than battery life - no complaints. Love the speed of the i5, solid yet sufficient

This computer is similar, in layout as my old HP laptop, so the transition was easy. The set up was also easy for a non computer person like myself. I'm only have trouble setting up my old printer because there is no CD/DVD slot. It is a little heavier than I'd like, but it sits on a desk most of the time, so that's not really an issue. My only real complaint is that I can't tell when the num lock is on. The cap lock has an indicator, but not the num lock.

My oldest step great-grandson loves this computer. It was a birthday gift from me and I am so happy I found it for him. He loves the touchscreen and finds the laptop easy to use ( he's 11.). I purchased Dell because I have found Dell to be a reliable and well built brand. The only problem is limiting "Grand Theft Auto" to less than 24/7!

For a relatively low and computer, though I paid $846 after taxes and so forth, this works very well for what I need. I don't do gaining at all so I can't comment on how that works but I do use online stock trading apps and it handles those smoothly and without a problem. I've done a reinstall of Windows 10 and that went flawlessly. The only thing I wish it had that it does not is a light showing that the power is on.

I decided to buy this because I just need it to working remotely and works really great to me. Really I don’t know about things Ram; Icore. But many friends talked me like for the price it’s a good option. I use it for work with excel, internet, word. Really basic things and perfect to me
