Amazing Laptop I don't know much about laptops and technology specifics. A friend helped me choose the right laptop for me and even when I can't be of much help on technicalities, I can tell you this: I love it!! Fast, not too heavy and battery lasts +4hrs (mine at least).

Perfect laptop, good speed, strong memory and display

My husband needed this for work so we kind of rush bought it. It’s perfect for what he needs and no complaints yet. It handles everything good and he hasn’t had any issues. Super easy set up. He doesn’t need it for gaming or streaming so I can’t comment on that. It’s nice to have a cost friendly option if you need a laptop just for school or work.

I honestly wasn't expecting much (coming from a macbook user), but I am really enjoying this laptop for work. I'm able to have multiple tabs running with several programs without any delay in speed or connection. I like how it types, and the touch screen is convenient. I'd recommend it! The sales reps were also nice and helpful.

Had to replace my dell computer after 1 year because broke and out of warranty. I was disappointed with the poor reliability of the dell and after many reviews I chose the Lenovo. It was less expensive than the dell with a better processor and more storage space!

I had a Dell Inspiron 2in1 7500 model which was damaged by water. I did not want to send quite as much money to replace it as I am now semi retired. This new Inspiron doesn't have all the features of the other but for the money I spent it is a very good computer. I is certainly a good value for a basic home computer.

Great laptop so far - easy setup, like the touch screen, feel of the keyboard, features. Fast and lots of memory to hopefully keep it that way. Have had other Dells in the past and they have served me well - hopefully this will be the same.

Good laptop for the money. Lightweight and fairly powerful.

I still use a Dell Inspiron laptop that is 14 years old. I never had any problems so when I decided to buy a new laptop I got another Dell Inspiron. The price was good and it was available at the local Best Buy.

I needed a new laptop to facilitate working from home and the Inspirion was the perfect balance of capability and value. I am far more efficient now, everything loads quickly and there are no more frustrating waits for a response from my office computer. Love it!!

Bought this for my son, attending college. So far so good, the PC is fast enough for him on school work. The screen is clear and bright for his needs. Overall good design and functionality. I would buy it again for my next son.

I purchased this computer 6 months ago as an upgrade to a slower personal laptop. So far I have not had any problems and have been overall happy with the speed and function of the computer.

It's a very quality laptop for the price. I don't use a lot of high intensity program, so this fits the bill nicely. It may not have tons of bells and whistles but standard everyday use, it works great...especially for the price

This laptop does everything stated and at an impressive speed. The 12gb of RAM is just enough for everyday use and access of multiple running apps. The housing is plastic and not aluminum and that is one reason why it is cheaper price wise. Honestly I was skeptical about buying a windows OS laptop again, but I am happy with this choice.

Very considerate, with what I wanted to spend. Got a good computer for good price. Only thing is know what Best Buy has to offer when it comes to warranty or availability. Teach this and be transparent. Good experience. Needs TV now

Amazing deal for an awesome laptop for my high school daughter. Computer is fast so far and helpful for the daily activities that my daughter has to perform as part of her school work and studies. So far she likes the computer.
