This is a great low level machine. Much faster than my ancient machine this replaced. Easy to use and stream video. Seems like it will be very reliable. Affordable, basic use and light if that's what you're looking for.

I needed a new computer for my job. My old Dell was not performing well. This one fit the bill with great performance and is very affordable. The configuration of memory and storage size is perfect for my needs.

I bought this as a laptop for my daughter for college. It's about as basic and perfect as you can get. Great processor, RAM and SSD combination to make sure I won't have to buy another laptop while she's in school.

Bought for wife and she loves it. It's quick easy to use touch screen and mouse use which she just buzzes through her paperwork quicker now she brags about her new computer to everyone.

I am very happy with this laptop. Never used a touch screen before and am finding it very handy. The machine boots up quickly and moves from job to job very smoothly and quickly. It has enough memory to suit my needs perfectly.

Really like this laptop. Got it on sale, have been using it for school work and light internet browsing. Speed is enough for that. Multiple tabs open at the same time with no issue.

Good laptop for the money. Ordered for my wife when the battery stopped charging in her older Sony laptop. It does everything she needs and is light weight. It was already set up with MS office - just had to log into her account. She miss her backlit keyboard that on her older laptop - did not realize how much that helps. Now she has to have a lamp on her desk to see to type. The delivery experience was not good. I did not get any tracking info until the day it was supposed to arrive. Then after it arrived in my town, it was sent back to the distribution center in another town 3 hours away. I contacted the delivery company and got no explanation as to why it was not delivered as expected. They did deliver it the next day - a day late.

The nicest laptop I've ever owned. Love the touch screen although, I don't use it as much as I assumed I would. If I had to choose again I would choose the same thing!

This is my very first laptop I ever had I always have dealt with my phone and for two years now I have had WiFi from Verizon and never had a computer until now and to be honest with you I love this laptop I don't use it for gaming because I'm not a game person I do love to shop and go on the web to look up things and also I love doing research on other things as well and to be honest with you this laptop operates nicely and smooth and fast all though I still need to learn on how to use it as I have said I never had a computer in my life so I'm still learning and with beautiful laptop it's going to be great
