Good battery life. Good camera and microphone. Great affordable option for work computer, especially since it was open box.

So far this laptop has been great. It is fast and quickly responsive to multitasking. The major drawback to this in my opinion is that the keyboard is not backlit. Had I realized this, I probably would’ve picked another model. Some may not care about that detail but it’s something I’ve come to miss during use.

So far, I'm very pleased with this purchase overall. The SSD, 12GB Ram, and good enough processor make this a great performance laptop for handling the basic but involved tasks that I am running. I was skeptical about the AMD chip, but it has held up for the little that I've used. Graphics could be much much more improved and is definitely a negative as well as lack of some comforts like a lighted keyboard. That wasn't something that was important for me, so can't complain given that it has delivered on the performance specs that I needed to get work done.

The laptop is great. light, powerful, enough storage and FAST! I'm pleased that the staff was able to allay my fears about AMD. It works great!

So far, works very well. Quick start-up and lots of resources for my needs. Back-lit keyboard would be nice but not worth the extra money for me.

So far, so good. All is working well. No hangups or glitches. Was set up, transferred and brought up to speed by Geek Squad. Great so far. Reacts quickly and smoothly as it should !!

A year and a half old and this laptop stops working and can’t be repaired. No longer charges. Spent money on diagnostic, new battery, new power cable. I am furious. A $750 laptop that is now just a door stop. No more Dell products for us.

This little laptop is amazing for the price, it can do everything my son needs as a student, and it can handle all the games he plays. Completely recommend this to anyone looking in this budget.

I used a stop watch to time it. From powering it on, to launching a game and logging into it. 9 seconds.
