It was working fine for months but my brother complained the screen turns white every time it is turned on. We couldn't figure out what part has gone wrong. But for a year it was working fine.

Five stars not for great performance, but great performance for the price. When I say I would recommend, it is recommend as a back up, not a primary computer [I go Apple there.]

I picked up the laptop as a sort-of 'throw-away-bang-around' laptop. So far, it's served it's purpose.

Looking at the actual specs of the laptop, it says it's a SATA drive (Platter Drive) which is MUCH slower than a Solid State Drive.
